Comment: They answered the phone on the 4th ring on a Sunday morning (after the Marina del Rey location never did ... many attempts). The guy who answered knew his stock status, immediately. Checking in was easy, and he went into the floor to get a crevice cleaner part. All in all, it was a seamless experience, renting a shop vac. Friendly, too.
