Comment: Workers are very rude and have no clue what they are even talking about. Find people that know something about whichever department they work in and tell your new cashier manager her customer service is horrible.

Comment: Rented a trencher that wouldnt run when I got it to the job site. Home Depot gave me a full refund of my rental fee. Heres what they would not do:-pick up the bad machine at the job site and bring one that works-exchange the broken one for a good one (none available)-give me a better machine for the same price (available, but I have to pay extra)-apologize for renting out a inoperable piece of equipment
