Comment: I really liked the experience of renting equipment. I found out there are more options for the same equipment than than advertised online via home Depot online. The store has all the equipment organized to make tools easy to find.I rented a cordless hedge trimmer and was worried about status of the battery charge. Michael L. (staff) informed me that all batteries are charged prior to rentals. I was quite pleased with condition of the equipment and relieved the battery life never was an issue. The only draw back was there seemed to be no proration on the rental fees. I only need the equipment for an hour and was told by the staff they would prorate the fee. Unfortunately, I was not give the prorated charge of use of only an 1 hr 16min. The minimum rental fee is 4 hrs. Service was helpful and friendly.
