Comment: For Penske Rental: Good experience here! You can park your car in the customer parking lot, which will remain unlocked and free for you to come back at any hour of the day or night to pick up your car later. The man who was working inside was super helpful and friendly. I did not feel intimidated by the process of renting, picking up, or asking questions. The pick up process here took about 10 minutes, and I was on my way! I recommend scheduling ahead of time, online, for a fast, easy, pre-paid pick up! Thats what I did. I will always pick Penske from now on! Penske is the only company that has unlimited miles for one-way trips.

Comment: Love this HD. It’s in more of a residential area so it’s not to busy during the week. Rental center is legit too. Just got done cleaning my carpets with a rug doctor and it’s looks awesome.

Comment: Professionalism and Customer Service is what comes to mind when I think of Tool Rentals at S. Melrose. Frank and Stephan have always been a welcomed voice over the phone and a friendly smile when I visit in person. There is never a worry about planning or logistics for a project when you visit this rental center. Thank you Frank and Stephan for your genuine reliable service these past 6 weeks! I will be back soon, HD rental center I have came across in SD.

Comment: I tried to rent a truck here and they knew months in advance, they didnt have any of the trucks or equipment available and had me drive to three different stores to get the things I needed. Albeit nice, the guy behind the counter had no idea how to rent a truck till three hours after my reservation time the guy who ran the department showed up. Even after all that it wasnt able to be resolved.
