Comment: Was there on a Saturday morning, super busy. The staff was doing their best to work through the line, still a pretty long wait. My pick up only took about 5 minutes before I was on my way, that time included loading it in the trailer. Strongly recommend reserving your item online, very easy to do and helped speed up the process.

Comment: I call to ask about renting a skidster I was on hold for 5mins then transferred they answered I asked for tool rental then was transfered on hold 5 mins and transfered again someone answered I asked about tool rental and was transfered again. I held about 41/2 minutes again and then hung up!

Comment: Ive always gone here to rent tools and any kind of machinery ive needed and had no problem prior to today. I rented a drain cleaner for 4 hrs which wasnt working proper so when I took it back first of all the guy there was so rude and disrespectful, and secondly he didnt believe me it wasnt working even after he seen for himself and wanted to charge me even more than I owed just cuz I said something about it not working. Never again will I be going to this store again.
