Comment: Not the main tool rental for HD Sacramento but staff is friendly with the truck rental and the process is quick and seamless. Just make sure you check for damage and any debris left from the previous renter so there isnt any issues.

Comment: Carpet cleaning machine cleaning fee is a scam to charge $25. My machine brushes were dirty when I picked it up and then I was charged for cleaning them after I cleaned prior to returning machine. I also looked at the next machine at time of the return and they looked dirty as well. Customers get charged and nothing is cleaned. I won’t be back, the counter service person was rude through the return process particularly after I demonstrated that next unit was dirty.

Comment: Im almost sure I was told that the 100 dollar deposit would be refunded after the tool was returned.. but nope, the guy returned 54 dollars and said The rest was for the tool rental.. Even though I paid 140 something.. deposit included.. make sure u ask about that..

Comment: At night i dropped off a tool that I rented. Around 7pm.the old stubborn worker forgot his password to his computer and refused to ask a manager for help. After 30 minutes the second associate who walked by after i insisted that she got a manager helped me. Guys im a 5 star giving, kind person. I understand our older generation needs to work. But this guy was at another level of stubbornness. Soooo mad. I love giving 5 stars but not here. Maybe ill change my mind in a few weeks.

Comment: It is nice to have a place, where one can rent home remodeling equipments for a reasonable price. They have a range of equipments, and often multiple equipment of the same type.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to help in picking the right type of equipments for the job.They also have a rental pick up truck, to haul bigger equipments, if needed.

Comment: I went in to rent a tool and to purchase some other things. First when in the tool rental the gentleman didnt have the greatest customer service. I was never greeted and felt like I was an inconvenience. Then as I moved on to the tiling department to get mortar and some leveling spacers. I had already done some research so I was aware of a tool that was sold to help me with the spacers. I couldnt find the tool and walked around to get help and when someone finally came over he proceeded to tell me there was no tool. He then did a hand motion at me and said youre supposed to use your hands.I do the majority of the construction in my household and very capable of doing so. Its sad to me when I need to explain to my daughter that sometimes men dont really believe that women know what theyre doing in a home improvement store. I hope all women arent treated this way in your establishment.
