Comment: I needed to rent a cargo van last minute. I had made a reservation with another company and was later told they had no vehicles available. I called several other places with the same result. I finally booked a reservation via the Home Depot website. I called immediately afterward to confirm the vehicle availability. The woman on the phone put me at ease and made the process so easy, confirming that there would be no vehicle shortages. When I finally came to pick up the vehicle, I was able to make changes to my reservation. Again, the woman behind the counter put me at ease and walked me through the process so easily. I dont know if its the way Home Depot operates or if it was this woman in particular, but I had a great experience.

Comment: The rental was quick and easy.I wanted to rent on a Saturday, and understandably they couldn’t promise when the rental would be available.With that being said they did implement a policy where instead of reserving a truck (Meaning they will hold a truck for you to rent) for up to 2 hours you could only reserve it for 30 Minutes.They don’t have straps with the rentals so bring your old straps to hold down whatever you plan on transporting.

Comment: Guys were great at the desked. Worked with me on the project I was doing. Rented a concrete saw that just didnt do the job needed, ended up getting a jack hammer. Guys worked with me on the rental of the saw and put those funds towards the hammer. Great service.

Comment: Never ever rent you Tools here. Two weekends in a row i needed a simple weedwacker. First weekend Rented me a machine that burned oil like a black cloud of death. Returned the tool told the associate they refunded me for the RENTAL. Following weekend i needed to finish the job. I tried again. They rented me the same tool swearing it had been fixed. Got home to do the job......exact same problem. Ended up with a 2nd degree burn from the experience. Went to return it and it took over an hour to accomplish
