Comment: Would have given it 5 stars if they had more of the mini-skid steers for rent. But, nonetheless, the rental staff are helpful and transparent. I would suggest going as early as possible to rent what is available, possibly call ahead the day prior to verify it will be available the next morning for pick up.

Comment: Do not rent anything from this rental center. Like another guy on these reviews, I rented a drain snake and it was a piece of junk. It wouldnt go in reverse and I was barely able to retrieve the cable when I had only gone in about 6 feet. It was useless.I brought it back and told them, they charged me the 83.00 (a very high price) and treated me like I was trying to scam them. The guy at the register was very nice but of no help, the manager was useless and obviously over her head as the manager of that Home Depot Tool Center.Find any place else to rent your tools!!!

Comment: DO NOT RENT ANY EQUIPMENT FROM THIS HOME DEPOT. rented a mainline snake and returned all equipment yet they charged me for the cable/snake. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. General manager couldn’t help us.

Comment: I went to rent a trencher and conduit to run electrical connections underground and found everybody to be very helpful, especially the guys in the equipment rental center. They have a price for rentals 4 hours or less and all day. I snuck in just under 4 hours and got the better price.
