This was my first experience with a chiropractor. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Theyre very thorough, and are genuinely invested in helping me get better. After 2 visits Im already much improved.
My son have been going for months it seem to been great at first when they were offering physical therapy but then they just stop offering physical therapy without warrning he seems not to be getting better now like he was when physical therapy was also added to the chiropractor sessions but I think it have to do with what the insurance is willing to continue to pay for. But why stop if its actually working?
I was feeling pretty bad ,, after ella did a massage.. made all the difference... she is a good person,,, i wish i could have tipped her a million.. because she sure was worth it... she is a asset to your company,,thanks Marsha Taylor
My first visit was yesterday and I must say that I was extremely happy!! Staff was wonderful as well as the Doc. I believe for the first time in almost six months of traveling to other offices with no relief in sight, Total Health Center was the answer. Finally have some type of relief in my lower back and upper neck.😊 I recommend you stop in and see what all the hype is about. Total Health Center was totally worth it!! Thank You all so much!!!
The PTs and frontdesk receptionists are nice and they try to pinpoint our issues as best they can, and work with you to solve the issues.
I have been going to Total Health Systems for quit some time for Physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments. The physical therapists, kodie and Cindy, in my opinion are the best in what they do. When I leave the clinic I feel much better than when I entered. Of course I wont forget to thank the girls in the front desk, they are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. In conclusion, I would recommend this clinic at a heart beat. Keep the excellent work girls.
I came with a lot of apprehension about treatment. I was pleasantly surprised by not only the treatment, but also the friendly staff. Definitely will continue coming back.
I went for the first visit for a 1 hour massage. Leah did a GREAT job! I left feeling MUCH better than I came. I will definitely go back and plan to utilize some of the other services as well.
I receive chiropractic from Dr. Tonya and Dr. Andrew. I also have PT with Cody. They are all great. They listen and are mindful of your needs. I feel as if I am truly cared for.
The last two times, I actually felt worse after I left. They used to have one doctor who ran you through like cattle, and one doctor who cared. Now, regardless of which doctor you get, youre treated like cattle. Time for me to find a new office.
Whenever I visit the Centerline office, the professional care is always exemplary. From the moment I walk in, Lexi is at the front desk signing me in. Dr. Andrew provides excellent adjustments when necessary and guidance with stretching and posture instruction to assist me when I leave. Shyanna is the office manager at Centerline. She makes sure that my future appointments are in the book, has corrected any insurance disputes I have had and is always pleasant when I see her. I always receive follow up notifications for future appointments.
Best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. I see Dr Tonya Beltran, she’s amazing. She gets down to the problems and is very thorough. She cares about her patients and it shows. Ease with same day appointments. The office staff is friendly and efficient.They offer massage therapy, which is worth it. I’m glad I found total health systems. They have so much to offer.
Good quality place where the Doctors listen to you. Dr. Beltran does a fine job. I used to see Dr. Elwart but he moved to another location. Both great Docs. Highly recommended.
I have been going here since before covid hit but I am Ive got a lot of health issues so I have to cancel my appointments a lot. The staff at Centerline didnt give up on me.When I got things sorted, they were super helpful getting me on a schedule and even squeezing me in to see the doctor when I had actual car troubles.Ive only seen 2 massage therapist. Someone filling in. And Jessica. Jessica is by far the best massage therapist to work my muscles. I dont get sore for the rest of the week and I can feel my chest lighten from the anxiety I feel constantly. I also have it on good authority Elizabeth (or Liz?) Is very good. Im sure all the regular massage therapists know what they are doing
I love going to PT (Physical therapy) twice a week I look forward to going here and seeing Codie and all the ladies at total health they are the best!!

I have been seeing Dr Beltran for several years now. She is amazing. She has helped my son after a football injury’s as well. Some chiropractors are too gentle when you need a more aggressive adjustment and some are too aggressive when you need more gentle. Dr Beltran knows the balance. She is amazing. I highly recommend her to everyone.
Dr Andrew Bajaj is very knowledgeable and professional! He thoroughly explained my issues and the treatment plan to address them.
The staff at the Center Line location is very helpful and professional. Im so glad to have found Dr Beltran. The first day I walked in that office, I was in so much pain. Dr Beltran has the ability to really work the muscles during an adjustment. She quickly devised a treatment plan right for me. I feel so much better than I have in months. I was looking for the physical therapy place close to my work and with the good reviews. I am so glad to start my treatment in Center Line office.Everybody at the front desk is very friendly and Kodie PT is amazing!She listens to you and adjusts her treatment based on your current condition, also very professional and pleasant to be around.After each visit I have a big relief and have much more flexibility.Love it!
I am so indebted the the lovely people here! They seriously helped me so much I rave about them to anyone who will listen. Every time I come in everyone is so nice and wonderful! Its the best Drs office Ive ever been to. Dr Beltran is an amazing and very sweet Chiropractor. I dont know what I would do without Kodi and April the physical therapists they have improved my pain and my life! I have been in so much pain for months and months. Ive also had a massage from Jessica and it was amazing I could stay there all day! They have helped me so so much! Dr. Elwart saw me on 10 minutes notice as a new patient. I couldnt tie my shoes, so I went in with sandals, very early on a Saturday morning. He worked with me doing a few adjustments every week. Currently Im at one adjustment a month and my back is feeling almost 100%. A big difference from 6 weeks ago when I couldnt get out of bed. Highly recommended!
The staff was super friendly, helpful and quick. Very clean and taking safety precautions for COVID. Dr. Beltran was very knowledgeable and helpful and listened to everything I had to say. I actually cant wait to go back, which is something I dont usually say about Drs offices! 😂
Dr. Beltran is the best, she takes a personnel interest in getting her clients better. When I started coming to her my migraines were awe full - I was getting them a couple times a week. With the help of Dr. Beltran I have them maybe once a week now - which is awesome. When I feel one coming on I go and see her and helps elevate them before they become full blown migraines. LOVE HER.
After a bad experience at another chiropractor, we were referred to Total Health Systems. Dr. Beltran has been amazing - so much so, that we followed her when she switched locations. I feel comfortable with her adjusting my infant and toddler. My older children were nervous about their first visit, but she was so patient and gentle and put them at ease. Dr. Beltran is very personable, professional and has always given us great results. Ive learned that there are different approaches to chiropractic care and trust Dr. Beltrans expertise and most of all how she is handling my youngest children. The front desk staff always greets us with a smile and I can always get a convenient appointment.
I did not have anything stated here it was a blank review. Im not sure who is responding to this as you did not list your name, or title but to go into detail about my account and billing issues on a google review is completely unprofessional. This further shows the issues wrong with this practice. To be 100% clear I did not post a one star review due to billing issues. The issues with the billing does not even have anything to do with the office it is between insurance companies. Since you know the problem and want to address it online rather than contacting me Ill Iet you know why I made a one star review so you dont have to assume.I posted a one star review solely due to the office manager, Shyanna at the Centerline location. The office manager has been harassing me via telephone to the point that I had my phone number of six years changed! Blocking the calls was not working because there was always a voicemail to follow. She saw that I edited my 5 star review to a one star review Friday night, and then decided to call me on a Saturday morning at 8am. Im not sure what type of professionalism is being conducted at this establishment but I was told by the head of the office managers that calling patients over billing matters is not a common practice. Also it is not a common practice to contact patients outside of business hours which we all know is 8am/9am-5pm MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. So I would like to understand why I am being harassed by the office manager over an insurance discrepancy that is basically just sitting there waiting for confirmation, that I am literally in the middle of fixing, that I can not control, and am actively in contact with the company. Shyanna is aware of this as I contact her every time I talk to the insurance to update her or I usually do answer when she calls and explain everything I have. Yet I am being contacted by her constantly. I can not make anything go faster as this is not a debt that I am not paying off.So, now that the world can see the issues and you know the entire story feel free to contact me VIA EMAIL as I will no longer be sharing my phone number with this company, and I do not know who to contact with the phone number given. I highly regret ever going to this office. It is unfortunate because the care was satisfactory.
Staff is consistently friendly and able to get you in for a last minute appointment! Dr. Elwart always manages to make my back feel better after an adjustment. Highly recommended Total Health!

I was in a car accident and desperate to get into a location. THS worked quickly to approve my car insurance and payment, get me an appointment with a physician for a treatment plan, work around my 8-6 Mon-Fri work schedule, AND they even got me into a massage last minute after my consultation. Everyone was so nice, I left feeling physically and mentally better because of their high rating customer service.
Dr.Beltran is such a kind&compassionate dr. She always takes her time to listen to u&give u advice on all of ur concerns. I always feel better after an adjustment from her.
Dr. Elwart is the Spine Master! I am 34 and have had a horrible knot in the back of my neck for MONTHS due to Fibromyalgia and domestic violence. I have learned so much since coming to Total Health about a year ago. The PTs have taught me stretches that have eased a lot of my spinal/back pain and both Chiros have helped me improve my pain levels and mobility through their readjustments. All the staff is friendly and professional. Since coming to Total Health I have realized that I want to become a Physical Therapist and I start school come Fall.
Kodie and April worked on my back, knees, neck, and elbows. It was an amazing experience. The back pain I’ve been having for 6 years is receding. Both are very friendly. I look forward to my appointments, and can finally walk around without constant pain. I would recommend this company highly.
Perhaps the best staff of any Doctors office I have ever been to. Everybody that works there is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Drs Elwert, Beltran and Jenkin are always available to assist you. Kodie and April help me go from a high pain assessment to one thats managed without physical therapy. Their office/administration team is terrible. I call to confirm my appointment the day of they tell me I need to be to them 20 mins before my appointment which isn’t bad if they made me aware before the day of. I get there 10 mins before my appointment and they refused to see me. The lady at the desk ask if I wanted to come Bk tomorrow no!!! I don’t I came today before my appointment time and you guys refused me! Terrible customer service.
Dr. Beltran is awesome, she has helped my wife tremendously. My wife suffers from migraines and has been in a better place with them since she started seeing Dr. Beltran. She has even convinced me to set up an appointment and get myself taken care. Shout out to Dr Beltran.

I came here with severe neck pain. I was totally skeptical of a chiropractor. I was sure this was going to be some money scam, but I was out of options. I had twins to take care of and my neck was hurting so badly it was to the point I couldnt take care of my kids. So here I am, after trying everything else I could think of. I stepped into the office and was immediately welcomed. They made sure to go slow with everything to not hurt me. In comes Dr Francis Elwart. He goes over everything with me and explains what may be causing my pain. I step into his office after my x-rays and he verified everything he thought initially. So he explains he is going to just do a few minor adjustments so I wouldnt be in more pain. I felt immediate relief but could tell I wasnt fully healed. So I give him another visit. This time he would go all out for me as I was feeling slightly better. It was night and day after this. I havent had any pain since then. I havent felt the need to crack my neck or back on my own. I cant thank him enough. I cant recommend him enough. If you have any pain, go see him. I promise he will get you better. My fiance was post partum, and he was delicate with her while also giving her proper adjustments, I could go on and on about how great this was but Ill let her write her on review.

A full 5 stars for not just tossing me resistance bands or running right into exercises. This is beneficial for some, but can be like spinning the hamster wheel for many. The holistic approach to providing chiropractic adjustment in conjunction with physical therapy that is specialized to my needs leading me on a path that I find is coming to my target objective of restored balance and optimum wellness. In this case, my physical therapy has been predominately directed approaches (beneficial muscle loosening and adjusting massages) in addition to traditional exercises. I personally know several people who fear physical therapy because of the lack of attention and the fitness center gym culture which had provided them no improvement. My experience at Center Line has so far been excellent to this end. I emphasize personally, and extend that to the community, that I must attend to my exercises to bring me to my objective. I extend my sincerest appreciation to April and Kodie on PT and Dr. Elwart and Dr. Beltran for their hard work and focus to bring me back to whole wellness with honorable regard to Holly, Jo, Kayla, McKenzee, Lisa, and the rest of the office staff for their assistance.
Had a 1 hour massage with Jessica. It was wonderful. Very thorough with attention to the problem areas in my neck. Will be returning and would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend Dr Beltran. I first met her when she was working at St Clair shores. She has helped eliminate my arm numbness and neck pain. I followed her to centerline because I know whenever I’m in pain I found a doctor who takes the time to help me out and eliminate my pain.

When I first walked into the doors of the Total Health Systems in Centerline, I could barely walk and my pain level was at an 8. A month and a half later Im back in the gym, running and my pain level at worst is a 2. A huge thank you to the small team who got me there. Had a 1 hour deep-tissue massage. I was a little worried the woman was tiny, and Im 65 over 300 lbs. But she did a great job. Im sorry I didnt get her card. She sure earned her$. Ill be going back .

Im at Total health system for 3 days a week for Therapy and Apirl and Kodie are two of the best therapist and the other doctors and staff are one of a kind very nice and professional staff.
I have had a very positive experience coming here and my back pain is improving quickly. Friendly helpful staff, very little wait time, clean building and lots of parking.
Overall had a great experience, treated me well and took in the information about my pain and informed me of what was causing it and how to best get rid of my pain.

2022-01-27Went there on my first day on Tuesday this week due to my sciatica and all the staffs were very great I was in and out within a half hour or shorter. The physical therapy there was great between taking my meds on that day til now and the physical therapy yesterday Im feeling a huge improvement in my mobility compared to last Thursday and over the weekend. Theyre also helpful with what exercises and stretching exercises to do for your pain and they are helpful when you ask about your prescriptions. Id recommend this place anytime.

Smiles and welcoming attitudes are what I expect when I have an appointment.Dr. Elwart, Beltran, and Andrew are great with all my injuries and work strains.Total Health Systems also offers some rehab options in which Kodie has provided some options and plans with her background and knowledge.Also Ella the massage therapist was nothing short of miraculous with my appointment to get my overworked muscles back on track. 2022-01-24I love the chiropractors they have here. Always clean and friendly. Quick but sometimes maybe too quick. I should feel the same as when I walked in. Now I just feel unheard and stiff.
