Called and left multiple messages over a few days because we want to start getting our child services. No return calls, calls to the corporate office in Illinois go nowhere and just get canned responses. Bad first impression, and if this is how intakes go (or not, as the case may be), I dont want to imagine the risk of lack of attention or care if we sign a contract.

I love Total Spectrum. As a very caring, cautious and protective person always aiming for the best with perfectionism I have enough to say that Total Spectrum is definitely the place. From Their data collection software to their BCBA’s to their Behavior Techs; pure excellence and accuracy. All their employees work with passion no one gives the bare minimum. I personally went and looked in depth into 3 different ABA centers and programs. After all the research and experiences Total spectrum ranked #1 for me🙌🏼
