Comment: Modern, spacious apartment unit with all the amenities in a fantastic location (close to many shopping centers and eateries). Stephanie at the Town Square leasing office was always so helpful and nice. She helped make my move in and out of the place painless. Definitely one of the best apartments Ive stayed in! Would recommend to anyone whos looking for affordable luxury apartments near Collections/highway/Navy base.

Comment: Overpriced and not worth it. Granted it’s a newly built complex, you’re looking at roughly $2600/mo for a 1br 1ba. They do not come furnished. After fees for utilities, pet(s), extra parking, it’ll be well over $3000 a month. If you ever need rent assistance for circumstances out of your control multiple agencies have said this is way above their maximum threshold for even a 2br 2ba in the county. If you have any issues they are corporate based and won’t do anything.They charge $100 extra a month if you want an extra parking spot (not guaranteed to be behind the gate either). They have cameras and parking patrol but if you’re parked below the security gate you’re still risking it. “Pet friendly” if you include a $500 deposit & $50/mo per pet on top of your rent, with breed restrictions.If you need to book the rental center it is ridiculously priced. Limit you to 2 guests if you want to use the pool & you need to get a wristband for them in the front office. Appliances aside from the fridge were the cheapest you could get and poorly installed. It is a “no smoking” complex but the halls would smell like cheap weed all the time. I guess on the bright side their fire alarms work great.

Comment: Been here for about 5 months, there’s no parking (it’s only going to get worse) and they want to charge $100 extra a month for an extra parking space (that doesn’t include a clicker). The hallways are dirty there’s hair, lint, dirt all the time. People have left notes on our cars and smoke in the buildings to where the smell seeps into our apartment (it’s a smoke free building). People also drive through here like it’s a race track and don’t even care about the stops or children at the park. Honestly had good hopes for this place but with more and more people moving in it’s going to turn into every other nightmare complex.

Comment: I’ve been living here for coming up on 2 years and it’s been great the units are well lit, spacious and good with keeping noise in or out.The gym is very nice and spacious with plenty of equipment to workout. The bbq pits in the upper courtyard are convenient and have lots of grill space with giant counters for cooking and entertaining guest.The management is on point! Mandy and her team are very helpful and welcoming. The maintenance team is quick and always about the building if something is down they are quick to fix it.

Comment: We have been looking at several apartments in the Oxnard area and instantly fell in love with the Town Square at Wagon Wheel apartments. Not only are the apartments, community, and amenities incredible, but our experience with Stephanie Perez (the incredible leasing consultant) has been nothing short of amazing. She has been unbelievably helpful from our first visit to the apartments as well as answering every question we have had along the way. We are currently working on finalizing a lease in the apartments and cannot wait to move in later this year and call this community our home. If you are looking for an apartment in the Oxnard area, you should definitely check out the Town Square at Wagon Wheel apartments, and ask for Steph! She will be invaluable in helping you find your next home!

Comment: My wife and I absolutely love our new home at Town Square!! All thanks to Steph ! She was so helpful during the whole process even as I kept bugging her for every little thing lol She was very professional and helpful in every aspect from our initial tour of the property and showing multiple floor plans and figuring out what was important to us in finding our perfect home, to our move in day, she had excellent communication, and assisted every need of ours. If you are looking to move into the property I highly recommend asking for Steph if she is available .

Comment: Weve been here about 9 months now and have to say weve really enjoyed our time here! The location is great, the facilities are nice, and the staff is awesome! Shalanee helped us through the whole leasing process and has always been on top of it whenever weve had any questions. Not sure if we would be here if it wasnt for her welcoming us! Definitely reach out to her if youre interested in this place!!The only cons are some of the residents are a little noisy and randomly leave trash everywhere. And the parking garage gets pretty busy, but hey, thats apartment living.

Comment: Hi Google!I moved into the building end of May.I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY APARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!Huge change coming from a small studio.Intimidating to say the least, I was attended by Shalanee in the front office.The intimidation went out the door the moment I sat with her, no such thing as a silly question. She answered them all, and she was very hands on. For me that’s what I needed. I just handed over the documentation and she handled the rest. SUCH A EASY PROCESS and coming from a young adult working two jobs. The last thing I wanted was to stress about the process. I’m very grateful!!Aside of it being an amazing facility/complex I truly “live at ease” knowing I get to communicate with her or Mandy Via email and the ladies are ON IT for any of my concerns/questions.I have to mention I’m enjoying the new residents events we’ve been presented with, brings the residents together!!!

Comment: First thing first its new construction so starting out itll be a little bumpy.Moving in: dedicated moving van parking spots made it a breeze to get furniture to the elevator. All the hallway floors are concrete so to an extent you dont have to worry about damaging the floor when moving things.Studio Floorplan: my studio isnt bad its basically a giant L where the bottom of the L could be a bedroom if they threw a doorway in. The balcony is huge like 9x9 and in my opinion Id rather have the square footage inside. The appliances are nice, not much usable storage in the cabinets and pantry but its a studio so you shouldnt have any big dinner parties anyways.The staff: the teams great theyve been receptive to any and all needs and have worked with me on a couple issues mainly the washer and dyer, as of now Im on my 3rd set of washer and dryer, but they are equally displeased with the way the warranty crew are handling the situation, but good news the units still under construction will have a different model of washer and dryer to hopefully combat this problem in the future.Overall a great place to rent.

Thought it would be like other management companies that u call do all the work then get ignored. total opposite love the amenities pool, gym, community room, 3rd floor courtyard. apartment is great lots of space for me my wife and 2 dogs and havent had any problems at all. Building is clean. Will write more as the time goes but good job to management staff and maintenance staff Hector.

Comment: Could have been a 5s rating, but staff need better training in objection handling statements / conflict resolution / active listening / process.Beautiful place, lots of potential.Argumentative staff though, when I called to clarify about an inquiry regarding pet policy, I was argued with, when all I wanted was a clear answer (if we had to pay a deposit for a pet bird). Shortly after the call, I got another call explaining that they didnt check our application as well as they ought to, and saw that the pet we were trying to register was a bird (they had assumed it was a dog / cat) so we almost got charged for a bunch of stuff had we not called to clarify, we got an apology and all is well and good now, but it could have been handled better from the get, they could have just looked at the application or listened when we spoke about it face to face. its enough to sour the whole experience for us, very off brand for the place.but all in all, things are looking good are we are set to move in.hope it gets better.

Its really sad that places like this pick and choose animals based on stereotypes and do not conduct any form of test to determine temperament. Would have loved the opportunity to live in the area but I wont give up a part of my family just for a community of hate and discrimination.

Comment: Just moving here I like the area, lots of potential.... The collection is beautfiul and I enjoy being close to the 101 freeway. My apartment is spacious and feels homey. All though whenever i go to the POOL i see other kids from neighboring buildings just staring at me. I do feel enticed to let them in, all though I dont know if theyre allowed to per their parents. But poor kids man, they just wanna swim . I reached out to management to see if we could start sharing our pool and common area. I always gear parents telling their kids to behave ad ride their bikes safely. Anyway the pool is 40 feet by 60 feet and 120,000 gallons I think we can share it. Remember sharing is caring, An i pay over 4k a month to live here. So I think I have an opinion. Also my dog likes living here hes a Poodle named Johnny..
