I did a walk-in as I was working nearby. They did a pretty good job and were timely. My toyota folks are doing a good job even in a pandemic.

The staff was awesome. Shout out to Keon specifically, he knew I was in a time crunch and made sure my car received the services needed while allowing me to keep my schedule. He even personally, shuttled me from my location to the car service dealer. Thanks everyone. Great location!

I was having loss of power every time I came to a stop on an incline my engine would start shaking my RPM needle would cavitate like a seismometer. The service technicians couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car. Both the service technician and the manager of the dealership test drove my car. Afterwards they were still scratching their heads. I felt like all they did was take my car out for a joyride. Plus, they tried to sell me a list of repairs that were not needed, attached with a huge price tag. I figured they would try to pull something like that on me. I found a shop and mechanic who knew what they were doing. They diagnosed the problem under 15 minutes and I was out in less then an hour.

On our drive from Seattle to Detroit our 2020 Rav4 Hybrid broke down. It was taken to the Toyota dealer in Lincoln NE and they knew the problem and how to fix it, they just ran out of the parts. Lincoln told us to have Suburban Toyota call them to obtain additional information on how to fix the problem. Suburban refused. After speaking with the service manager, Ryan, he still refused. He took the time to explain the company wide problem but he refused to call the other dealer. Toyota wont fix the known problem. We bought a 2020 hoping itd be reliable in the winter when working at a hospital during the pandemic but when there is a problem, this location wont help us.The workers dont wear their masks. 1 guy walked around without a mask in sight. Shannon didnt wear hers around us. Other employees would eat at the service counter without their mask. Ryan wore a one layer buff that falls downThis location does not care about the community or safety!

I had a poor experience with Seth Croucher yesterday at the Suburban branch in Farmington. I had a malfunctioning tire that would deflate within a week, so we went to the dealer to get it taken care of. Seth just kept saying he cannot help me if I dont know what kind of tire and wheel warranty I have. Even he can look up my car information with VIN on his computer system. But he didnt help and denied that fixing/replacing the tire was covered by my warranty. Turns out, this was a blatant lie and Seth lied in order to refuse us the service we needed. This level of poor service is unprecedented and reflects very poorly on Toyota and I sincerely hope that such a thing does not happen again to future customers.
