Very knowledgeable staff to help you with anything your building, raising or maintaining.
The employees are great but the store sucks. They never have what I need in stock. Per an employee corporate just sends them stock... They do not get to order what they need. Shelves are barely stocked.
Went in looking for a lawn tractor battery, I checked the website earlier and they were in stock , nothing in the rack so I asked the cashier he said he would half to get someone else to check then proceeded to wait on other customers.
Good selection of yard and general hardware equipment. Often go there for the big bags of bird seed to help them (birds) through the Michigan winters.
My husband and I shopped there today, 6/25, and needed help out in the yard. Nolan came to our aid. He was so very polite, knowledgeable and helpful that we thought he should know how appreciative we are. Great young man.
Walked in and asked bob from the register if I could get assistance at the propain refill area. At first when I said his name he said what like I was being annoying. Then when I asked him my question he looked around and said ok like as if he was being sarcastic. I thought he may be having a hard day so I wanted near my RV outside. No one came. Went down the street and they meet me by the pump and filled up quick.
Eugenia was the best sales person Ive ever encountered. She was very knowledgeable and informed me in more ways than I needed. Great employee and nice location. We will definitely make the drive to come back. The ducks are doing great!
Patrick was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond to help me find what we needed because no other store had it in stock. Great customer service attitude! Really appreciated all his help!

Nolan is the man whenever I go there he has the answer. Delt with another guy today his name was Matt and he was outstanding. tested my old battery and even tested my new one just good people!
We usually find what we need here. The workers are always friendly and very helpful. The prices are very reasonable. They have some unique gift items if you are ever looking for something different to give.
I arrived and was pleasantly greeted though I was looking in there very very small Husqavana Chan saw section. Here they did not have the correct bar for my Husqavana chainsaw. Also when I was checking out the man behind the counter was kind, older aged though, did not let us use our neighbors club membership even though I seen on the register in all caps that YOU MUST ASK THE CUSTOMER IF THEY HAVE THIS MEMBERSHIP I stated that I did have this membership and he said that it doesnt matter it would just email you deals. Sir with all due respect I want deals on my cat food, Me and my family spend too much on the little devils anyway. Though I had a rough experience I will come again just because its close and Im sure some other cashier will let me use my membership that I applied for.
Always friendly associates to help in any way, products always available and prices are reasonable. I go 1 or 2 times a week. If I need an item maybe 3. Store is always clean, aisles wide to accommodate carts. Pam always goes and finds what I need.
Always friendly and helpful. The one on Ortonville Rd is well staffed during the times we have visited. All workers were wearing masks and promoting social distancing.

Anthony, Bob, 5 stars to them two, helped me out with my questions and found what I was looking for. Another gentlemen, named kent was there and wouldnt say a word to me nor would look at me, i walked up to him asked a question, he turned away from me and walked away. Goes to two other guys over by the truck bed ramps and starts helping them. Tells them he will take $50 off the price. Didnt know we could bargen here to? Very Unprofessional. Very disappointed in the people who hired him in this store. My 5 star rating goes to Anthony and bob.

Food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Service was slow but we had a large group - we did come early and made reservations. Dinners are between $10-$20.
I enjoy this store. They are always helpful but never pushy. The bulk nuts and bolts are so much cheaper than the local ACE store.
I like TSC however I dont like the way Big corporations change stock according to their computer analysis quit discontinuing items from your store. people come to your store for a certain product, only to find that the corporation has discontinued the items you were looking for.

2022-01-27I experienced better customer service at this store than I have ANYWHERE in quite a long time. I purchased a gun safe from this store and there was a minor issue with it. Conrad went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy and was taken care of. Great job Conrad. you created a customer for life

2022-05-05Please put the small animal bedding back inside the store, this is Ortonville and I dont want wood roaches ending up in my guinea pig cages due to the bedding sitting outside. We bought bales of straw that were littered with wood roaches from this location last year. The straw I understand, the small animal bedding should be kept inside though.

2022-05-06Please stop increasing the price of bird food. I can’t afford any more increases. The sunflower seed has increased 50 % over the last 9 months and thr suet is the same. This is a hobby for most people and the people who are buying it are older. We are on fixed incomes. Cmon be reasonable !!!!

2018-09-27No matter what youre looking for this store seems to have it! They have it well organized to find what you need, without unnecessary walking. Their staff has been pretty helpful but you should know what you are looking for before you head in. Pricing is decent and they have sales all the time so checkout their booklet for deals. I have called to have them check the store for products before as well, which is a nice perk.

2022-02-22Store BLOWS. Never have anything in stock, even though they show it in stock. Whoever is running the store needs to get a clue, and employees need better training. I could go on about how this location has declined, but I now know better and take my business elsewhere. This TSC blows!

2022-05-02We went in there and spent over 400 dollars and no one could help us even the manager didn’t know answers to our questions everybody was very unhelpful then we had to go to the of the store to order fencing and no one would help us with that so we just left after spending over $400 in the store would not recommend going there on a weekend maybe through the week it is better??

2022-01-27I have been going here for a long time. People come and go. Whoever they have running this place should train their staff to come up with solutions to problems instead of just saying you cant do something. I was trying to pick up my normal 20 bags of salt when an employee told me I couldnt load salt where the salt is located (apparently in a fire lane) they should probably move it where its not in a fire lane. I will now take my business elsewhere.
