Looking to purchase a work and personal truck and understand the difference between the various trim levels. Terribly rude sales rep Lance told us straight to our face that unless we are looking to make a sale today, we are not worth his time and he was going to tend to other customers. What a terrible thing to say to a prospective customer who walked in hoping to narrow down a decision on a vehicle. Nobody knows on their first visit exactly what car they need and ready to make a purchase without looking at any cars. There is a discovery process of learning which model and trim level best suits your long term ownership of a vehicle. He told us to our face that we were not worth his time because we were not ready to make a purchase on day 1. What a terrible sales rep and horrible customer experience. Will never be giving this dealership a dollar, and will make sure to tell everyone we know to steer clear away from this customer-hating establishment.

Comment: We were on vacation with our brand new Dodge Ram 2500 truck pulling our new trailer. Going up a hill we lost all power to the drivetrain. Limped into Tracey Chrysler Dodge Jeef Ram as it was the closest dealer for Dodge Ram. It was a Friday morning and was told they were fully booked and they would not look at the truck until the following week. I told them that I had a refrigerator full of food in the trailer that would not last until the following week and that I would need to camp in the lot over the weekend. The technician went back several times to talk with tje manager and came back with the same answer, next week. When I asked to talk with the manager to explain this was an emegency the technician finally came back and said they would analyse the truck. It turned out the truck needed a software update. They did the update which solved the problem. So the work was done well, but most likey would not have been done until the following week had I not pushed so hard. I was thankful for the work they did

Manager confirmed price before running credit check. Next day its priced at $35,999 price jumped $4500. Only did the credit app for the $31,499 price. For the recent 1 star reviews I totally get it.

I appreciate that they sort of worked with me to get me a used truck (they never told me the deal was contingent on me trading in a car and I never agreed to that) But that’s where it ends. sold me a truck that they hadn’t registered or smogged didn’t have current tags. Then told me the truck had passed and the tags were in the mail. A month and a half later they never showed up. Then had to bring it back for them to smog again it wouldn’t pass and they had no idea why. Oh and a dead battery when I brought the truck. So now I’m driving with 2 month old expired tags still waiting for the new registration in the mail. Maybe if you buy brand new vehicle from them it’ll be a smoother experience but even still I would very cautious when dealing with them.

To our dismay, upon arrival, the initially quoted price a bit over $400 escalated to $800. Despite the frustration, given that our hometown typically charges $700 for the same service, we reluctantly proceeded. Expecting a prompt service as assured by the representative, we dropped off the vehicle with the anticipation of a few hours wait. However, as time dragged on without any updates, our annoyance grew. Multiple attempts to reach the representative resulted in prolonged waits on hold, only to be informed of unavailability or promises of callbacks that never materialized. Ultimately, our vehicle was not ready until the following day, contrary to the promised early morning completion. The final blow came when we were presented with a bill exceeding $900, beyond the initially agreed-upon amount. Such disregard for customer service and blatant overcharging left us thoroughly dissatisfied. We vow never to return and caution others against patronizing such an establishment. This experience epitomizes poor service and leaves a sour taste in ones mouth.

I bought a used car there and registration card was sent two months later but without the sticker. I called the sales and the manager and the store but no one answered. Service engineers show no bias for action to fix it or understand customer pain. I got a couple of times call to take the car without addressing the recall. Worst part of this issue is, The car brought for service 3 weeks back to fix recall. I was told recall part is not available and they gave car back without addressing the issue. After long struggle, I got an appointment and dropped the car for recall, but progress is very slow. One more issue with XXX-XXX-1800, to complicated. it would be nice if there is a direct phone or text details shared from service incharge.

Comment: Took my Dodge Charger in cause of the check engine light came on, they told me that oil pump needed to be replaced and gave me price for parts and labor, I said ok, and left my car. They told me it would be ready in a couple of days thst they would call me. A few days went by, and I hadnt heard from them, and I called to see if my car was ready. They told me a few days more. I never received a call to let me know what was going on. Finally, a few days later, when I picked up my car, they added an extra part I didnt approve, an oil pan. The manager lied, she told me it was necessary that when the oil pumps got changed out, it was necessary to change the oil pan and that my radiator was leaking too. If I wanted it replaced? Told her no.So, I did my research. Found out it wasnt necessary to replace the oil pan, and my radiator wasnt leaking. I made them refund me for the oil pan. Never going back to them.

Comment: Worst experience with a service department in a car dealer ever. I definitely don’t recommend it and will be taking my business somewhere else. I used the online website to schedule service for my Jeep and got a confirmation email for an appointment in 2 days. Arriving there to be told that they don’t have any record of my appointment. I showed them the email confirmation and they took the car in and I was told they will call me back with an estimate. The NEXT day, I received no calls. I had to call back to be told that the estimate is $2300, when I asked did they apply my service plan that I told them about they said NO. They asked for the plan number, I did not have as the number on hand, as it is in the card in the car glovebox. I said it should be in my profile as I used this dealership multiple times. They said that the dealership is sold in 2021 or something and they dont have any records. Anyway, they said they will file-in a claim and it takes around 1 day to get the reply back. Two days later no calls whatsoever. I called again today (Saturday), to be told that my advisor does not work on the weekends and that I have to wait for Monday. When I asked the lady on the phone to check in their system whether there is an estimate for the car, she said she does not have access. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, I was told there is no body available and have to wait for Monday. That’s completely unprofessional, I don’t know why do I have to wait for 7 whole days to just get an estimate on the service cost.

July 5th. By 2pm my credit app was submitted and i was driving an hour away to Tracy to get the van. Lance had it detailed for us and waiting. He was leaving at 5pm that day due to other obligations and we understood. He passed us off to the sales manager...but Lance made sure to say hello to us before he left!We were conflicted between the van and this RAM 1500 truck.The Ford van we own needed a new engine and Ford told us it would be $11k for a refurbished engine. We rented a truck at the airport to get us by, and of course they hooked us up with a Hemi Limited.My fiance (toyota lover) fell in love with the 2023 hemi limited. Ill get him one of those hemi limited soon. In the meantime, he will enjoy the basics while he works in the HVAC business.Avoid the bay area pricing and hit up Tracy CDJR...you will fine genuine people who care about you! This Dodge “service” location is the things nightmares are made of.Here’s my story.I heard a faint strange concerning noise driving around my work place in Tracy. So, naturally I take it in to Dodge. They say you are correct in your concern, it’s the drive shaft. Well, the part was only relaced in April of 2022, so this should not happen. So I begin a warranty claim. This is where the nightmare begins to form.I am told after 2 days, that I need to send in invoice of part and repair. I do. Dodge “service” drags their feet to get their “warranty administrator” to see case. All the while I am not getting any answers ir details. And to make things really miserable, Dodge Tracy does NOT get direct calls. So it goes through a call center first. Everytime (but once) I call I can’t reach anyone. Advisor or manager.Finally, on Monday before July 4th, I sit down with the manager and she says yes to warranty part coverage, but that it is back ordered. I ask for a loaner car. They say they don’t offer that.Wed. comes. No answers. A week at this point.Finally, I decide to forget the warranty part and buy an aftermarket part since it is NOT back ordered. I ask that Dodge Tracy waves diagnostic fee. No answer.I call tow for my car to be picked up. Driver says daignostic fee owed. I pay with no debit allowed, only credit, 3% fee.I will be suing this terd of a “service” center and continuing this review on all platforms. Comment: Went in yesterday to look at cars for my son. Found a car, test drove it, and went inside. Everything from a loan standpoint was completed from USAA a few weeks earlier. The car had a price listed in the window of the vehicle. When we went in, I told them I needed to have it inspected by a third party, I needed the final drive out number, and would do the deal after inspection Monday. They tried to give me another $1,000 off the price if I did the deal yesterday. I said no, but left a deposit to hold the vehicle. Their computers went down, so they took a pic of check. Today I contacted our sales rep for final number to give to USAA. Low and behold, the old bait and switch. Price went up by 10% today, and the internet was also adjusted to reflect the new number. I received a picture of our voided check. Manager said it was listed with the wrong price, but yesterday I could have bought it for even less if I did the deal. If you still value ethics and character in business, I recommend you roll right on past this dealership.

Comment: I run a car non profit in the Bay Area. A kind donor recently dropped off a Dodge Caravan in overall great condition. After assessing and test driving, it was determined the vehicle only needed an oil change and it was ready for the case worker to hand off. Well.. the last place that changed the oil made a hard decision the oil change competed there should be the last one. The oil plug, which should be 25 or so lbs of torque was in the range of 80 lbs (I struggled with a speed wrench and a 3/8 socket, grabbed the torque wrench to see where it was), and the oil filter was well over that torque as evident I had to destroy it to remove it (see the indentations for the filter grabber tool). The sticker on the windshield indicated the last place who did the oil change and by the mileage it was due. Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be a patron at Tracy CDJR

Vehicle I purchased ended up having a bunch of problems, no wonder they were pushing the extended warranty so much. I just got the registration and apparently the dealer used the registration fee to pay for the 5 months that they were trying to sell the vehicle in their lot, so I have to renew at the end of the year instead of the full 12 months.Edit: 3 months - battery issue, short to ground, air filter hadn’t been replaced since it was new looks like, imbalanced tires, alternator issue.This vehicle has obviously not been maintained properly, worse yet, it went through Tracy CDJR Service Department and was sold in the condition it was. A competent mechanic had obviously not signed off on it.

Tracy Dodge has not only lost our sale from last night, but all future sales my family and I would have given them. This dealership advertised a sale price for a Dodge Challenger, I called to confirm the price and the availability of the car, was told yes, it was still available, and to come down and test drive it. My husband and I drove out to Tracy to test drive. We fell in love with the car, went inside to make the deal only to find out that the price was actually several thousand dollars more than the confirmed advertised price. Typical bait and switch and waste of gas money for us to drive all the way out there, so we left. My husband really wanted this car though and spent the next two days emailing and calling to negotiate the price down to the original advertised price. He finally got them to come down to a reasonable number, we were sent confirmation of new offer, drove all the way out to the dealership again to sign papers and pick up our beautiful new Challenger, only to be tricked yet again by extra hidden fees and prices we never agreed to. To be clear, these were extra added fees on top of sales tax and liscensing charges. When we pointed these extra fees out to the finance manager, he seemed baffled that these extra charges were never discussed with us. The sales manager then entered the room to address the issue and unfortunately I do not remember his name. I do remember his lack of professionalism, constant condescending tone and complete disregard for human decency. Perhaps his disgusting attitude has to do with not liking women who speak up and advocate for themselves, I don’t know. He offered to take off the bogus charges only if we would promise to write him a 5 star review because he didn’t want to be slammed on social media. When I told him I would write a fair and honest review based on our whole experience, he replied in a snotty tone that he would NOT sell us the car because he did not feel we would be happy enough. The sales manager honestly cares nothing about making his customers happy, but instead wants people to stroke his ego. The engine light came on, they asked me to bring it in and told me it will be covered no charge (said over the phone by service guy Joe). Took it back to the dealership to get it repaired they charged me $1000.00 to get it fixed. The recall was for to do a engine test and replace the engine instead they replaced the thermostat and charged me for it. Lied to me and kept my vehicle for 2 weeks. Every time I called no one had an answer to exactly what was happening and when I will have my vehicle back. The General manager at Dodge in Tracy and Lincoln Ford in Livermore is the same guy and they con people to sell cars. Once sold they dont care, get everything in written or else youll end with a huge bill. I finally got my vehicle and they already said I have to bring back after 1500miles to fix recall, what the heck. So recall still not fixed. I guess recall only gets fixed after you drive certain miles.

Jonathan from Jeep Tracy made sure the process went well by always keeping us updated with what was going on. Jonathan has been absolutely amazing with my first time buying process! Jonathan was knowledgable, but also the friendliest and funnest person to work with. Very straightforward in discussing price, options, etc. and helping me understand my car. Great experience with Tony on finance as well. Didnt feel like I was pressured to buy anything I didnt want. So happy that market adjustments on my Grand Cherokee model were dropped this weekend (other dealers in the Bay Area still had them when I was comparing). Also couldnt believe that I got the special financing at 0% (obviously had to qualify with credit scores) !!!! Comment: Working out of town when my truck broke down. Definitely feel like my situation was taken advantage of because I had no other option to get my truck fixed. Work was finished in the time promised but after checking with my dealership back home, the part was marked up $115 (20%) over list and the total labor cost was $230 (54%) higher than what my regular dealer said they quote for the same job even though my regular dealers labor rate is 12% ($13) more per hour than tracy dodge. This is will be a first and last trip to this dealership for service.

I took my car for an oil change, and the mechanic recommended for new tires and provided me a quote the included alignment. The service manager, Sara, approached me and said a sale on tires will take place on Thursday, October 1 and that she could save me $300 if I waited. I rearranged my entire week as I was told the car was not safe to drive, all to be ready for the sale on Thursday. Comment: Went to dealer to test drive a model of the RAM 1500 that ended up not being the truck I wanted. Dean and Damien took the time to find out EXACTLY what I wanted. They were able to locate the vehicle at another location and worked out arrangements to obtain the truck. While the exchange was happening, financing and other negotiations were completed. When it was time to pick up my new RAM 1500 the next day, essentially only signatures were required and I was done faster than any other time I have purchased a vehicle. Went in to see it in person and the moment my family and I arrived we where greeted by sales team and general manager Khan even came out to talk to us. Comment: Service department needs help. Dropped off my 2015 dodge caravan three weeks ago for diagnosis on a transmission issue. Told me it would be a couple days to diagnose. 1 week later, nothing. I called to follow up, they told me it still was not diagnosed. Two weeks later they finally got around to diagnosing the issue, bad torque converter as I suspected. Told me 1-2 days to repair. My husband has had to drive down there and has called the GM and customer service manager daily with no return calls back. Weve had the check engine light come on multiple times for different reasons. Part of the power steering is cracked and so is a part of the fuel system. Thousands in repairs. This is not normal wear and tear, they did not do their due diligence when checking this car before they sold it to us. Theyve offered no solutions, apologies or even communication of any kind! In this climate you really can not afford to have such poor customer service, how theyre in business is shocking to me. They should fire their customer service manager because thats a waste of a paycheck-she offers NO customer service! Cant even call back. Its beyond frustrating having an expensive car I dont even feel safe driving my kids in! Avoid at all costs.

They never called us to tell us the car was ready we had to call and ask and we’re informed it was done.We picked up our Jeep and realized the console latch was still broke and the seat was still broken. Went in to finalize, we had our own financing through our credit union. They started having huddles, then sent the guy we supposedly had a deal with over with a piece of paper asking for 8k more than we agreed upon. It was in an excellent condition I couldnt have asked more of a used car. It belongs to an older gentleman with low mileage. Even though the car is a 2017 model year, it still has its original new car smell. I bought the car 2 days later and could not be much happier. Dropped off the vehicle the night before and filled out the envelope of what was to be done. At 1pm the next day I called to find out the status of the repair and to my disbelief they had not not started on the repair and had no idea what I wanted done. Comment: When we arrived to drop off our vehicle, the door was open to the hr/ cashier office where it seemed as if there was a heated argument that our service adviser had to tell them to close there door. Just what everyone wants to hear when they come get work on there vehicle.When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the man acted like I had been there before and was like you know the drill.Were like no, we have never done service here!Then when he walked us to the cashier, she had us wait a few minutes and then just handed us out paper without explanation on what was being done or had been done.So I asked them to explain!!!When my car was ready today I got a voice mail and it told me I needed new breaks and roasters, and that an estimate would be included to my repair invoice. But nope, there was no estimate! And apparently our service adviser was at lunch, so no one else could provide this for us. The cashier said she would have him call us!First of all I work very hard for my money. And for you guys to say youll do something and not follow through, let alone find someone that could help me was a bad thing. I will not be recommending your services to anyone at this point.

Comment: They diagnosed that Jeep Patriot needed new fuel tank and fuel pump. It also needed diagnostic on check engine light. Even though I made appointment days in advance, they did not order the parts so it needed an overnight to get parts from L.A. - be ready Saturday. But Saturday came and went with no call. Sunday and Monday also went with no call. Tuesday I called and was told that tank and pump were done but diagnostic said it needed two O2 sensors. Were they ever going to tell me? Wednesday no call. Thursday I called after 2 hour wait for call back, was told they were working on it now. I like the repairs. Have to live with the price. But would appreciate a bit of customer service.

I called in (45 min before closing) and was given the same attention as if I was the first customer of the day! 20 min on the phone helping me figure out the parts I needed and WASNT rushed or given a feeling like ugh, whys it always the last customer. When I got there 5 till closing, the staff upon entering was welcoming and greeted me with smiles as soon as I walked in. They pointed me to the parts department and I was out with everything I needed, and was happy with the pricing.The parts clerks and cashier were all smiles and talked with me about some projects I have. Ive been to other dealerships and I can say, Ive never felt more welcomed. Comment: On the Friday (3/22/19) I stopped in after a long day at the zoo with my kids and decided to take a look at van. The customer service was instantly laid back and welcoming. After taking it for a test drive Ramon was fantastic during the process as well as the sales manager and finance manager Raymond. I had previously went to a another dealer a week prior and they left a bad taste in my mouth, like most dealers do and I was even a returning customer. But Premier was great and gave me more than a fair deal, they gave me Great deal and were more than gracious during the whole time, we were even able to have a few laughs along the way. Comment: Every time I go for an oil change it literally takes half the day. Doesnt matter how far in advance I make my appointment, it takes three hours...for an oil change! Sometimes longer. Comment: My experience was decent, people were friendly, but not great at fulfilling their promises. Specifically, they told me they’d fill up the gas tank while it was getting cleaned, but when the sale was done we were given a tank that was 1/8 full. When I asked the salesman about it, he just shrugged and blamed it on the big, bad, faceless manager upstairs- classic negotiation tactics that occurred throughout my negotiating process. Overall, they had the car I wanted and got the sale, but won’t be praising their performance for going above and beyond.

Comment: I had yet another poor experience with this dealership. I had a horrible experience with the management team during my first purchase several years back, but I figured since he was now gone Id give them another shot. I purchased a vehicle several months back and was told I had an extended warranty with my purchase, which was one of the deciding factors in my decision to make the purchase. I had an issue with my vehicle And was trying to get an answer on whether the repair would be covered under my warranty or not. This is where the fun began. It took several attempts and hours on the phone for them to verify that I even had a warranty, as nothing was linked to my vehicle in their system. One department would transfer me to the next apartment and that department would transfer me to another department. Turns out the sales manager had been let go since my purchase, but not before he dropped the ball with my warranty. Finally I got it squared away and was told that I did indeed have a warranty, but it is only valid at this particular location. I had my issue diagnosed at another dealership, so I knew exactly what the problem was...I needed new tensioners and serpentine belt. I called several times asking if my issue was covered under my warranty, and was told on multiple occasions that they would need to get part numbers in order to see if the warranty company would approve the claim. So I took time off of work and arranged transportation back to my home, inconveniencing a family member. When I arrived to drop off my truck, they were not able to verify that I had a warranty. Once again they needed to get multiple departments involved to verify what I had already spent several hours getting verified prior. They were able to verify that I had a warranty, at which point I was told that tensioners are never covered under a powertrain warranty. I am in no way upset that my particular issue is not covered under the warranty as I understand some things are covered and some things are not. My issue is that I was repeatedly told they cannot tell me if my repair would be covered with submitting part numbers, then to be told that my type of repair is NEVER covered. I could have avoided several hours of wasted time and trips to tracy from discovery bay if they were just up front and honest about coverages. This is my second, and last, vehicle from this dealership, as it seems no matter what changes are made within the management teams, the same customer disappoints are repeated.

Comment: I had seen a 2018 Jeep Wrangler on their website and knew I wanted to test drive, while test driving the Jeep the sales rep gave me some details about the car and asked if I had any questions. We went inside and he got my info, he did an inspection of my car I was trading in and I was very pleased with the service from everyone, it was the quickest I’ve ever seen a car purchase! We were in and out in 2 1/2 hours. Love my new car and the dealership has called a couple times to check up on me and the car. Very nice customer service from everyone!

Comment: Really bad experience at the Service Center. I called ahead a couple days before for an early morning oil change appointment for 8:30A on a Saturday... today. I was told that the appointment setter had scheduled me for Monday instead. But after I complained how I am not available on weekdays, they decided to take me in. It was not busy at all. I waited til 10A (90 min) until asking for my car. Because I inquired, this was when they just started the job. If I did not ask, my car would have left sitting. I also asked for my service agreement. The service person only printed it out upon me asking a second time. Melanie M was pretty slow with all the processes. VERY DISAPPOINTING how I ended up eating 2 1/2 almost 3 hours for my oil change.

Comment: My initial experience with this dealer was excellent. I was able to get in, choose a car, sign paperwork, and be on my way. That was the extent of the excellent service I have received from them. Since the date of the purchase, I have struggle with them paying off my trade-in which ran passed my payment date, difficulty getting them to process my new loan for the car that I purchased, and have had to consistently follow up with them to activate my GAP insurance policy with the GAP agency. Normally this isn’t a huge deal, but when the new car that I just purchased was totaled from being hit by another driver, this has become extremely frustrating and bothersome. Communication with this dealer has consisted of numerous calls to them with few being returned.i have purchased many vehicles from several dealerships both new and used, and I have never experienced this process to take 4 weeks to complete. I love the Dodge brand, but this dealer is doing no justice to the name. And it is primarily from a service standpoint. Needless to say, at this point I highly recommend not shopping for your new car from this dealer.

It took 2 hours for an oil change and simple inspection because they scheduled too many appointments for the same time. Jeep... Comment: I must say that it took quite a while for Premier to find the problem with my truck, but I have to let you know that I was very much appreciated the customer service from Chris! Here did his very best to keep me informed just about every step of this adventure. I think I was able to remain patient through this whole ordeal because of him. I think the process for resolving the rental car in a long term situation like this needs to be better because not everyone can pay for the rental line that and wait to be reimbursed. I had nothing to do with why I hadto be in the rental that long andto make me pay the bill and have to wait to get reimbursed really isnt right. The only other issue I had was that my air conditioning wasnt checked before I got the truck back and it wasnt working when it was when I brought it to you. When I arrived,I was only provided with one key for the car and told that it was ready. Nobody asked for any information just handed me with the keys. After leaving the dealership, I noticed that the car was still dirty and there was no paperwork on the car. I called the dealer several times and left messages. When I finally got in touch with someone I was told to bring the car back the following day. It is at least a 35 minute drive to the location. When I returned, I was asked about the problem. I informed them and was told that they could wash the car for me and provide me with paperwork, but nothing more since my paperwork was completed. They need to work on their efficiency and customer service. Still very disappointed with the service.

Comment: My Jeep was towed in it just quit running at a stop sign. 2 weeks later the S/A calls and tells me that the work is all finished. Came down and paid for the work. While waiting for the Jeep the S/A comes out and tells me that he is very sorry but no work has even been started. After 17 days I got my Jeep back. Not everything was done. But enough so the vehicle ran and everything was reset. Never cleaned the Jeep smelled diesel for the next 2000 miles (drained the fuel tank and worked on the fuel pump). Was making my wife and I ill. So 2 weeks later and 2400 miles later the smell is almost completely gone. It was really fun trying to keep warm with the windows down and the heater on high with the temperature outside 26 degrees. Would not recommend the service department to anyone. Especially if you have to have your vehicle done in a timely manner.

Comment: I made appointment online for 10 am but when I arrived on time woman on reception said appointments online not working for them and she kept telling same all people who came after me. I had confirmation of appointment for express service but she doesnt care about. I have contract which says i have service oil change every 5000 miles but she told me my car does need change oil every 10000 miles. She made me feel stupid and acted as I bothering her. Also I wanted to take my laptop from car salon before they moved it but she told me I can do it later and then they moved car and she called to worker to bring my car back so I can take my stuff. I was needed oil change and spent 2 hours and 50 minutes waiting. All people who came after me were serving first and i was still waiting. Plus woman was rude and ignorant. The waiting lounge was not comfortable because actually it just open space in a middle of parts store. There were no coffee or vending machines. I left dealership very frustrating because of terrible service and I was after working my night shift. I can not believe I was visited famous company jeep dealership today and I regret I bought 2000 dollars contract for 20 visites.

Comment: Just drove off the lot about 30 minutes ago with a fantastically well kept used 2012 Chrysler 300. I called yesterday to inquire about it and I drove off with it this afternoon. Absolutely everything about my experience here was great! Leo gave us service with a genuine smile and took charge, he did above and beyond what I was accustomed to when working with a dealership. He worked double time along with the rest of the staff to make sure we got the best financing options that were available. The whole process was very smooth and I had no stress at all. I came in knowing what I wanted and they gave it to me with no hassle. No double shuffle, no bait and switch, just pure service of the highest degree. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car to go check these folks out first! If I could give this review 6 Stars I would, thats how satisfied I am with the whole process. We walked in, everyone in the room smiled and greeted us, then as soon as I knew it I was driving off the lot a very happy man. Comment: Excellent customer service!!! It’s the first time I’ve purchased a vehicle without negotiating the cost. I was also given what I expected for on my trade in... the only down fall to ordering a vehicle is not knowing what it’s going to cost. I only wish the cost would have be presented to us before ordering a truck that would take 6-8 weeks to deliver. The dealership said there’s no telling what incentives would be available upon delivery. That left us to wonder if we were going to get a deal or get taken to the cleaners, which wasn’t the case, however, it allowed is to shop for deals and nearly passed this opportunity up on several occasions. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered a vehicle, and the last time we did it at another car maker, we were locked in on cost and incentives with a tracking number to know what stage our car was in the process and when the car would be delivered. We felt we were in the loop, but with this purchase it only left us to wonder. I believe if we are going to place an order, we should take care of the deal as well. It would reduce the chances of a customer to back out of a deal and to let the shop elsewhere... Hope this helps 😎

Comment: My experience has been very satisfactory. I arrived looking for options for my over-mileage minivan under a leasing contract. I got responses and good options. David Conner (sales agent) the best car sales person I have met, helped me through all the options and process. Finance manager are also super friendly and professional. They treated my wife and I very well. I ended up trading in the old and buying a new, my wife and kids are happy, which is all I care. This dealership and the team who manage it are highly recommended. Cheers!

Comment: I am very disappointed. I dropped car off on Monday night for a Wednesday morning appointment (8:30am), as I was going out of town. On Wednesday I got a call and I was expecting to hear the results of the check-up and to authorize repairs. Instead I was told that the car would not be checked-up until Friday or Saturday, and that the repair would take a week after that. I explained that my appointment was on Wednesday. The lady said that appointments werent guaranteed times. She said the person who booked the appointment shouldve told me that. Now, I start work next week and I wont have a car. If I knew that I wouldve taken it to a different dealership for repair. This is horrible customer service. By the way, the check-up takes less than an hour!

Comment: From the moment I got there, customer service was very poor. 2 service advisors(not with customers) sitting at their desks and did not acknowledge me when I walked into the door. A few minutes pass and I am finally acknowledged. The service advisor was not personable and got my vehicle information /personal information wrong on the work order. This could have been very bad if a tech did not catch this mistake. The service advisor completely disregarded my concern I had with my brakes in my brand new 2017 jeep. His reply to my concern was Jeep will not pay us for warranty labor and it is normal because of the semi metallic brake pads. Cool man, thanks for completely disregarding a legitimate concern and not addressing it. Im sure it will put my wife at ease when shes driving our babies around. I will be taking business else where.This is not how I would expect a dealership to run. I have worked at a dealership as an auto tech and could not believe how I was treated.

Comment: Horrible service! Horrible customer service! Horrible dealership to buy or service your vehicle from! I bought my 2017 Jeep Cherokee from Premier Jeep in Tracy and I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Ive taken it to Premier service dept. now for the 3rd time and after I was told I would not be given a loaner car when my vehicle would be kept overnight I became upset. The service advisor than said he would do me a favor and put me into a rental. This was after I was told that they may need to keep my car in the shop for at least two days. Once I got my vehicle back, I had the same problem again within a month. Again I took it back to Premier and now Im told its the same problem. Why wasnt this fixed the first time??? I also stated to Kevin the service advisor that there was an noise coming from the front right when area and he told me he would be charging me to look at it. I laughed and said this was a new car I bought from that same dealership and it should be covered under warranty and he said he normally charges double than what he quoted me and acted like he was doing me a favor. I have had many new cars in my life and outside of needing normal routine maintenance, I have never had the issues that I have had with my Jeep. More importantly I have NEVER had such horrible service with any automotive establishment in my entire life. This is by far the worse dealership I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT GO TO PREMIER AUTO GROUP IN TRACY!!!!!

Comment: Bought a 2016 ram ecodiesel from Premier CJDR in November 2016. The sales person was okay, manager was really knowledgeable, helpful, and straight forward. In the end great truck for a really good price. The best part of my experience was with the finance department. I had purchased a warranty through Mopar that I thought was bumped to bumper and later realized it was mostly mechanical/electrical. I later asked Najeeb the finance manager if there were anyway he could help me transfer to the Maximum care. Najeeb was very helpful and warranty was changed at no cost. I will buy all my Ram trucks from here.

Comment: I had an appointment with Rex. Absolutly no pressure. Great customer service he had the truck I wanted detailed and fueled. Big selection of trucks, I got a good value for my trade in and the paperwork was smooth and easy. Without a doubt the lowest price on the outgoing 2016 ram 2500. I drove 120 miles for the truck and would shop here again in the future. Thanks premier ram.

Comment: Rochelle, saleslady was awesome. Great experience. After purchasing an hour later, we found the exact car we just purchase listed on the Internet for around 700.00 less by this dealer. They did not know that this had been done within the last 24 hours. We drove back and showed them their online price that it was listed for less than the price we purchased. They confirmed this and reduced the price and gave us this reduction in purchase. So we were thrilled. Everyone was really nice from Saleslady to everyone else there.
