Comment: We purchased our 2024 Rav 4 XLE hybrid from Deepak at Tracy Toyota. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. We stopped in a few days prior to the purchase but they did not have the vehicle we wanted. Deepak took our information and informed us that he would contact us when one was available. As promised Deepak contacted us the minute the vehicle arrived. We drove to the dealership that night and purchased the vehicle. The price was very competitive to the other dealerships that we looked at. We would definitely recommend this dealership for your car purchase.

Comment: Came in to confirm my brake actuator needed to be replaced. Tech said i definitely need a new oem actuator. Diagnostic was $220 which i agreed to pay. They gave me an estimate of $3.8k for parts and labor. I declined the service and asked how much for parts and he told me $2.2k. Called another dealer they had the part for $1000 and told they would also replace the brake booster pump assembly as well for $2300 parts and labor. This dealer is shady and one if the reps was rude. Luis was my advisor and was far more professional and polite. The other rep didn’t even want to let me get my carseat from my car because the tech was still working on my car, luis immediately stopped what he was doing and grabbed the carseat for me very professional guy.

Comment: Service was FANTASTIC with whomever I had interaction with at your specific dealership in Tracy. It was my 1st time at your location and I had no appointment. Service began right away!! Yaaay!! I was there for regular maintenance. At the last minute I asked to have a battery added as well since it was going kinda low. The service was still done with an incredible time frame!! Jasmine the service advisor was PHENOMENAL, AWESOME, and COOL all in one! She explained in detail on the videos the mechanic had recorded. It was kinda cool to see! I felt like I was seeing x-rays of a car!! She told me much more information in detail performed and recommended! Comment: MUST READ TRUE STORY!!! I walked into Tracy Toyota dealership. 3 salesmen look at me but don’t move. They must’ve made their quota already but still I instantly felt unimportant Instant annoyance factor meter on red. I left. So that was in the morning… later that same day I was at Stockton Honda where I dropped$$$ that was meant for a Toyota Truck. Thanks for helping with my awesome decision to buy a Honda instead of Toyota lazy fellas of Tracy Toyota lol! I love my 2023 Honda Ridgeline V6 280HP AWD Power this and That AND MORE!!! Comment: Highly recommended!Ive purchased from 5 different Toyota dealerships in CA, and this is one of my favorites. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Tracy Toyota. Both times, I was very satisfied. This time I worked with Gabriel, and he was excellent. Gabriel always responded in a super-timely manner, kept me up to date on the vehicle processing info, arrival, etc.I may or may not have accidentally called him a couple times on his days off, but he still answered and was professional and helped me with all my questions. Will definitely be continuing my services and future purchases here.

Comment: Ali is great! ! !I was finally able to get my dream car! Not only he is very knowledgeable, but also he is honest and very easy to get along with me. He knew I was in the market for a new RAV4, but he didnt push me or try to trick me into buying something. Great sale, highly recommend to everyone.Second, I really appreciate Tracy Toyotas professional workers and friendly customer service. For example, the report details are very clear and understandable [No any hiding details]. Very comfortable after professional service. The car wash service is good too and there is no extra charge. Comment: David was incredibly easy to work with and I was able to find the car that I had been looking for. Not being able to test drive the car before putting a deposit down was a little unnerving, but with the lack of availability we understood and we knew that if we didnt like it he would be able to help us find a different one we liked. Comment: Please see pictures...went to the service dept to service my car and they forgot to close the engine oil cap. 🤦🏽♂️ I went back after driving to the office and I smelled oil inside my car and heard the engine runs differently. When I got here they have the audacity to tell me its not their fault. They got mad at me, and I stopped conversing and I just said just please clean it. They did anyways and Im grateful for that, but if you can find another toyota dealership to service your toyota please do so, and avoid this place. Thats what Im gonna do.

Comment: Excellent service from Deborah Pryor-Bruns and Johnny Aviles Jr. Found the Camry LE we wanted on Autotrader. Got a very competitive out-the-door quote via email that we agreed on. Went to the dealer later the same day. The car was waiting, washed and the gas tank filled. Completed the transaction in 90 minutes and drove the car home. We were pre-approved from our bank and received no pressure to use the dealers financing or to buy add-on products & services we didnt want. Very happy with our experience.

Comment: Not the best, but definitely not the worst... I had an appointment today to have my vehicle looked at. They thought that it would only take about an hour to figure it out. The thing that sucks is they called me 2 hours into the service to inform me that they needed to keep the car for a minimum of 10 hours.Furthermore, during the 2 hours that I was waiting all they did was a visual inspection of the part we thought was faulty. I cannot imagine that taking 2 hours to do.You take the car, put it on the lift and look at the part... maybe 10 minutes tops? Even if you take into consideration that maybe the car just sat on the lot not even being looked at for 20-30 minutes, that doesnt justify the 2 hour wait.Not to mention, when the service advisor called us finally, they couldnt answer any questions because the tech was out to lunch. Meaning the car was just sitting and waiting, and the advisor didnt call.We left the car there and went back home, and lets see what they find tomorrow. The only thing I can say is that Im starting to think that all Toyota service centers suck... I chose this one over Dublin Toyota because they are notoriously bad... maybe next time Ill have to try Walnut Creek.

Comment: WARNING: don’t take your vehicle to this dealer for any recalls. They messed up my car. I took it to another dealer and they found one of power cables not connected causing a short. They might do a good maintenance service but lack qualified technicians for complex recalls. This error also caused my home charge port neutral cable to melt the plastic housing.
