Comment: Fill up your trucks and clean them. My truck was only a 1/4 tank. I was charged for not refilling when the needle didn’t move. Also the sun visor on the truck was ripped off and missing. Very sub par customer service, there was no walk around and no one to go over the return with me. I was advised to just leave it and I’ll get an email. As a result I was charged way more than my estimate. I worked for U-Haul for 3 years, and in that time I never was as lack luster as this location.
