Couldn’t get my car to start so I called my mechanic who tried to help me troubleshoot but it ended up being something he needed to fix so I called s tate farm & they sent me to the app to arrange the tow truck. Although I did not meet with Trang as she was out of the office, I met with her phenomenal account managers, Leah and Gilbert. Even though it was my first time there, Leah and Gilbert treated me like a VIP as if I had been a long time client. They both made me feel welcome and at ease offering me beverages and making sure that I was okay. Leah handled my policy and I must admit, she is the first agent to explain all of the details and intricacies of complicated home policies in a consise and easily understandable manner. She has a great skill to explain difficult material so that even a 5 year old child can understand it. I even purchased earthquake insurance as she quickly explained and squashed my many misconceptions about it. The cost is very reasonable and there are many options to choose for your budget. Even though Gilbert was not handling my account, he was the one whom I initially spoke. After I hung up with him, making an appointment, he sent me an estimated quote that was very accurate to the final one. I cannot tell you enough how great Leah and Gilbert are. Comment: Was just discussing insurance today. The difference with the Trang Trinh State Farm agency is the level of customer service. Id even consider calling it concierge level service, which is unheard of from your insurance agent. Trang Trinh State Farm is easy to work with, quoted me on competitive policies including auto, home, term and whole life. She helped me understand the cost/benefit trade-offs where there explanation was needed. If youre in the market or your policy is up for renewal, Id highly recommend that allow Trang Trinh State Farm to quote your new policy.
