One of the best travel agencies I dealt with, very professional and patient agents .. I had to change my flight tickets twice with a very short notice and every time I do that they provided me with professional assistance and did everything they could to find me the best prices ..I wasnt a big fan of travel agencies, and prefered to use the internet and handle my bookings by myself, but I think I can change my mind now and use them as a reliable reference for my future bookings.

2021-10-29Worse experience ever! I had to spend two days in airports with two toddlers just because he doesn’t how my reservation has been changed. No communications for what so ever. And to make the experience better he stopped answering my calls when I asked him to file a complaint so I can get my hotels money back because it was not my fault!!

2021-08-07This place has to be the most unprofessional place I’ve ever come across. I came to show them support and book from them. so this lady I called at first sounded so ditzy she had no idea what she was doing ended saying wait til the owner is free his name was Mohamed and call back in half hour, I call back in half hour she picks up and said he was gone for the day and gave me his cell to call. I call twice he sent it straight to voicemail and said he’ll call back which he never did. So I figured the guy prolly got busy I’ll try tomorrow I call the next day same ol ditzy lady picks up and says his car wasn’t working and he’d not show up today so again I just set off to the side and called back about a week later, lady picks up and says he’s on the phone with a client to hang up and she’ll have him call when he’s done. I literally waited all day got no call back and ended up going to haidara travel did everything within an hour. I could’ve easily went anywhere the first time I called but I really wanted to support them as I was not in a rush for my flight but to be this unprofessional I will never go or recommend anyone to them

2021-06-13Irresponsible and in appropriate. I bought the tickets to fly overseas and they did not mention anything about the guidelines of the airlines. They left me and my family waiting for days and spent grands on the airport. We missed the flight because of this agency because they gave us the wrong information. I highly recommend you to go somewhere else.

2021-08-07It was good when they first opened. Now it’s trash. They do not respond to your calls. They say they will call back then never do. A customer shouldn’t have to beg for services they are paying for. In the past we would be patient about it but now it’s getting annoying. Never booking from there again. Stay away.

2021-06-13You guys are not admitting to your mistakes and of your staff members who did not inform the passengers of a rule that was there since COVID started. Please do not blame the Detroit airport because they are not the ones who sold the tickets. They check you in and board you. As the travel agency, be responsible of how you inform your customers. Never again

2021-06-13The worst travel agency in the entire district. They fail to inform you about your flights and will leave you hanging in the airports in different countries for 3 days while you’re with your kids. We’ve lost over 2k on the airport overnight because of their mistake. And when you call for help, they refuse to help or advice you.

2019-06-18The customer service in this place is definitely top-notch. They find you good deals and their fee is very minor and even can be over-looked by how much youll be saving. Ive been going there ever since they opened and Im not disappointed. They have a bunch of agents that speak Arabic too and thats definitely a + for a predominantly Arabic area.
