Comment: Owners were very rude during check in and after checking out. They asked for extra money for deposit after paying for your room but dont want to give it all back. The room bedding was very dirty my face broke out completely. The people who lives at the location is very loud and the owner do not care. They say breakfast included but thats a lie. Not a very safe place to stay if you have kids too much activity going on with the workers just a horrible place even if its cheap big red flag just keep that in mind if you do book here.

I don’t expect anything more from an accommodation that is very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean. The towels were fresh sheets were very comforting to sleep in. My daughter got her own bedroom I’n the suite. Great place to stay thank you so much for your wonderful service

Comment: Please trust me when I say stay as far away from this place as you can. Apparently, not only are the rooms atrocious, but the management leaves a lot to be desired as well. Just to show how much they lie in their responses to reviews, I am white and the creepy people I wrote about were white. Not sure why they played the racist card there. With as many negative reviews as they have had, I guess they are just trying to hold on to whatever self-respect or dignity they may have once had. And, in case they throw another doozy of a lie onto my review (which they are getting quite creative/desperate at doing after all these years), please know, that I am your typical person. Not racist, not using bad credit cards, I dont have any pets, Im not overly picky, and I am not a negative person when it comes to being a consumer. But, like EVERY consumer in the world, I expect to get what I pay for, and that it is in a safe environment. I paid for a 2 bedroom room. I got a filthy 1-bed room, in a less than safe environment.

Comment: This motel was better than expected. Ive stayed in a few different rooms at this motel and each one has its own unique style. Each room is beautifully decorated with its own theme. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable with clean soft blankets. I dont know why anyone would give it any less than 5 stars. Today, I have the Audrey Hepburn- Breakfast at Tiffanys room and it feels too luxurious to be called a motel. My second favorite room would be the NewYork City themed room with modern portraits of the city. These rooms are anything but dull. The owner obviously has a good eye for design and values their customers providing clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was considerate and curteous to my requests. Again, the rooms were spotless and had many comfort items to make you feel at home. You will feel like your living in a cozy upscale hotel. As a traveling nurse, Ive stayed in many motels and this one is hands down the best in town.

Comment: HORRIBLE PLACE!The room we were in was the family room with 3 beds and there were holes in the closet both in the ceiling and in the wall and there were tables, insects inside the blankets, there was a lot of dust under the beds and on the carpet, there were Remains of marijuana in a drawer, the contact was with the cables outside, blood stains on the sheets, hair inside the sheets and inside the refrigerator, not recommended at all.The travel agency gave us that hotel because the other one where the reservation had been made was full and they sent us to this place because we arrived at 3:40 AM. I am allergic to dust and the 4 hours we were there I sneezed and sneezed, and my body was very itchy and I didnt get under the covers.LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE.

Comment: Got the 3 bed family room for 3 days in December. When we arrived, the cleaning staff left an empty pizza box on the bed with dirty sheets. The molding was broken, the lamp shed was broken and the tv didn’t turn off unless you unplugged it. There was also no extra toilet paper. The smoke detector was missing. The table wobbled and the fridge had to be moved so it could be plugged in. The closet had storage for extra lightbulbs. The paint was also chipped. The big sign out front was just exposed lightbulbs and shined into the room. We could never get the room completely dark. I paid a $60 “deposit” that I never got back.

Comment: It is great to stay at a small Family Owned Motel. It is Not part of a huge hotel chain.It is a great location just off I-15.It was a very comfortable and clean room at a Great Price. It is an old motel that has a vintage feel. It could use a few small repairs, but then you would pay double or triple for another motel that is only slightly newer!There is a Convenience Store a couple doors down and a great new Restaurant called the Gridirion across the street and a couple doors down. Its a great bargain.

We were tired and needed rest.1/3 roll of toilet paper on the roll in the bathroom with NO EXTRA rolls for 2 peoples for 2 night. Toilet seat was cracked that when you sat it pinched your BUTT, also, toilet bowl had someone elses poop not clean off. NO SMOKE DETECTOR.Side bed lamps had NO bulbs. Remote for TV didnt work, they changed the remote and the TV still didnt work, changed the cable box, TV still didnt work. Then they said, its TV that didnt work, then he just left. Trashed under the bed...not enough towels for 2 people. No Electrical outlets available we had to use the one (the other open outlet in the bathroom had the refrigerator plugged into it. SMH...Stayed in room 121...

Comment: I started in this hotel in a beautiful room everything shining, very clean, separate bedroom for my daughter and the women at the front desk said that the second bedroom with the bed was off limits because she was switching me to a smaller room. Which was no need because Im pregnant with a husband and a two year old and she expected us to all sleep in one bed. The next day we get a knock on the door from an employee that looked like a a crackhead saying I had 15 minutes to get all of my things and go to my room downstairs. I get to the room and have to wait outside for 25 minutes for them to finish cleaning the room. I get inside and there is holes in the wall the refrigerator is wobbling the bed in hard like a box spring and there is no locks on any of the windows the furniture has burnmarks and is beat up. And guess what the room is the EXACT Same size! I ask to switch they say no house keeping doesnt brig you tissue I have to walk to the office to get tissue the owner has thrown tissue at me and told me to get out. My liscence plate has gotten stolen and now all of a sudden camera doesnt work. They refer to my husband as the black guy and then if you go to the office in the morning they come to the door barefoot fresh from sleep in sleep clothes telling you they will let you know later. I will never recommend this place to my worse enemy. Dont waste your time its shady area shady people cockroach motel!

Comment: We were HARASSED!!!I would give this place negative stars if I could. The only reason it has a single star is because I have to in order to post this review. First of many issues- the woman who booked us in was very moody and changed the price of our room twice.. the room for one night was supposed to be $70 dollars. I only had a one hundred dollar bill so she took it and said the rest is for deposit... no clear amount for deposit. She said I can come get it back in the morning. Our room wasnt awful. The area is kind of sketchy but I was able to walk my dog and let her potty. Let me tell you now that we made sure this hotel was dog friendly, we made sure. When we were ready to leave, it was 930 I went to go give the key back and get my deposit.. the office was locked.. couldnt get our deposit back!!! I called the motel and got no answer. We had no choice but to leave the key in the drop box and leave. 3 hours later we get a call from an UNKNOWN number and it is a man from the hotel very remedial with English.. he told us we left something behind, a fancy dress. We certainly didnt leave anything behind let alone a fancy dress.. he then started screaming at us, calling us Motherf***ers several times and saying we had a dog and they dont allow that and kept calling us names and harassing us. I stongly stongly advise no one ever consider this place again solely based on the people who run it and their aggression towards guests. If I get any more harassment from this place or anyone affiliated I WILL take legal action. This was completely ridiculous. Our dog never made one peep and left no mess or damage. Please choose another place to stay!

Comment: That time I had the most incredible view of New York from my bed, and was in Victorville, CA at the Travel Inn & Suites! Such a cool experience! They theme every room uniquely. The beds were firm yet my back felt great in the morning. We stayed in the New York room, which was a real treat. Customer service was very helpful too by printing some important documents for us, and also letting us see their Tiffany & Co room, which is SO cool that I tagged Fodors and other travel review companies on the pic I posted on Instagram. I recommend booking directly through them instead of booking by a third party (in case you are reading this review when trying to book w Hotwire, for example). It would have saved us $60 to book directly on the phone w them.I highly recommend this as a very memorable hotel. I honestly will never, ever forget this place. New York room ftw!

The owners were wonderful people. Very friendly and accommodating. The price of the room is very reasonable for the size and comfort. Highly recommended if youre traveling through Victorville.

Then a man from the hotal kept knocking and opened the room door well we were sleeping. I was highly UPSET by then. My boyfriend mother came to visit with her dog and that was the reason I was kicked out with a refund of $20 cash that was handed to my boyfriend. I just wanted to sleep and rest.

It was a very depressing in the room my boyfriend and I were in. It felt haunted. We had to buy our own breakfast, and the microwave was meant to be thrown away years ago... The lady at the front desk is rude. The towels are dirty, as well as the carpet. Im wondering whats the purpose of making the website beautiful if the actual property and rooms are not like that. I would only recommend a inn like this to the blind. The rooms are not wheelchair accessible. Holes in the walls and bathroom. No fire alarm, no window screens. The furniture is old with burns all over them.. Desk filled with lumps so you cant even write on it. Never seen such dirty chairs.. It doesnt hurt to put a Lil love in what you promote to be great...

The owner women is rude yelled at me used racial words. Comment: Lady sent my i.d back to AZ cause i had visitors but the thing was my brothers came in the morning to help me pack up an since i had so much stuff i had to drop off my belonging at my friends house in order for my brother to be able to fit in the car so i told them stay there and finish packing while i drop the stuff of less than 10 min away ...and since they considered my brothers that morning as visitors the owners (whole family) and i had an arguement an werent tryning to give me my i.d cause i needed to give them 20$ or else im not getting my i.d back....so instead of just giving me my i.d they had it mailed all the way back to AZ and now i gotta stop helping with my brothers funeral and go back to arizona just to get my i.d all cause i had my brothers in the room at check out time 11am

Comment: Housekeeping is the best part about this hotel Alma was very helpful and definitely the friendliest person here. The maintenance man was also very funny and helpful. Has a good pool and wifi is free just have to ask for the password at the front. Has an ice machine and vending machines. Rooms are kept up in cleanliness and the housekeeper Alma is always helpful if you need anything. Great customer service from her everytime. Makes it worthwhile when youre treated like a person.

Ended up finding a room for over $100 down the road. The guy at the front desk said Lemme guess, plumbing problems. He said that every time theres a big event theres 5-6 people who booked this hotel for cheap who lost their rooms to plumbing issues. Curious, my girlfriend called and asked for room availability 10 minutes later and magically two rooms were available for $90/night. ABSOLUTE BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM! Will contact DCA and BBB on Monday. This place should NOT be in business. Avoid like the plague!

Bed were torn, bugs in between the mattresses, Mold in the showers, and on the walls refrigerator not working A/C not cooling, carpet worn out and torn, cigarette smell was as strong as I ever smelt in a room, and worst of STAFF doesnt give a crap about you are the issues. We had pre booked 5 rooms and all the rooms were consistent with above problems. Not sure how this place has 4 stars but avoid at all cost, and I will be calling the health department on Monday to report hotel as well. If zero stars were available that is what this place should receive, and I wish we could post the pictures to show the above items.

So after some back and forth yapping she finally said Okkeee I rent for $51.00. I need credit card . So I give her my nice new card and she says ohh problem.. Im like what problem?. Your credit card no work.. What do you mean it wont work I just used at the gas station down the street. Oh I think our machine wont take... She shows me this damn primitive 1979 card slider that even street vendors wont us anymore! So I tell her Ill go back to the gas station and get the money. Ohh wait you must leave deposit....A despot!! First I dont carry money on me and 2nd I didnt even book the room yet - what the hell is the 20.00 dollar despot for?? Well see some people come in and steal or damage dings, but Im not the the fricken room yet - Ill be back with the money---nooo no wait!! If you have udder credit card you can charge 20 dolla here. But you just said the machine dont work. Well we try again... This little pop-eyed 4 ft monster is trying to scam the hell out of me! I just left without looking back. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING THERE You have been warn...... Comment: Well me and a buddy and coworker went down there to do some training for work got there in the evening drove about 6 hours approximately ten thirty/ eleven oclock came to the front office and from the start the customer service was horrible the owner refused to make to key copies because he was too tired. the rooms were filthy we got there in the evening booked for 3 nights gave them the benefit of the doubt being a small hotel found a used condom in the window seal went down to get a different room the gentle man did give us an additional room got to the new room at this point now Im inspecting the hotel making sure the covers and sheets were clean at least the pillowcases had red stains dirt on it but we got there at night so we just slept on top of the covers in the morning after a restless night ask for a refund for the additional 2 days politely. the gentleman said he couldnt give us no refund we told them that we feel we shouldnt have to pay for rooms that were not kept up and said he could just give us different pillowcases he did nothing as far as customer service we even asked for just a refund of the final day and still he said no we booked for 3 days no returns so we took our losses for the three nights and went somewhere else realized he did not give me a receipt went back that evening and the gentleman started becoming angry because asking for a receipt and a copy of their policy of refund. Said they dont have it. i do not wish upon nobody to stay there the owner lazy I do not recommend it. if I would have took my kids they could have gotten that condom and he didnt even show any remorse my next step is to call the better business Bureau. Be warned do not stay there

Comment: I came here to visit my family this past thanksgiving day week. Very nice staff and they gave me a discount. Its a small and intimate surrounding with a warm welcome. Rooms are very nice for the price. The inn has its own character apart from your typical in the box inns around this price range. They even upgraded me to the tiki room for the last night so I can enjoy time. I will be back again around New Years. Its located next to a nice burger joint too. I just wish they had a coffemaker with a pot and not single cups.

Comment: My wife and I and a business associate spent 3 nights at the Travel Inn & Suites. On our third night we were joined by a second business associate who left his other lodging on our recommendation. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. It is an older motel on Route 66, but our rooms were clean, and the baths had been updated.. It was quite and peaceful, and we were happy we had stopped at this out of the way motel. There are a number of places to eat in the area. At the owners suggestion we ate at Mama Carpinos Italian in Apple Vally the first night and returned again on the second night. This motel may not be for everyone, but when you consider the price, it gets 5 stars in my book.

Comment: I stayed at the Travel Inn on several occasions. I was extremely happy with my stay at all times. I go to California for business and this hotel is my go to spot in the Victor Valley. Its a nice drive from the Airport and when you go to a hotel for work, you want to be comfortable. Each stay was for about ten days. The rooms are clean in every spot. The details housekeeping remembers is amazing. Also its important that they dont charge crazy prices for a budget hotel. I mean I stayed a nicely decorated room and only paid around 40 per night. Usually with that price you end up in some types of horrendous place. I loved the location, which was close to my work. Staff is also very honest!

Comment: I have stayed at the travel inn this last month and was quite surprised and it surpassed my expectations. Its a great looking Inn located right off of Route 66. The property is well kept and honestly it isnt your five star hotel. However it gets the job done. I really admire the staff for their honesty. I lost my Nikon camera and they mailed it to me at their own cost. Nice People who go the extra long mile to do something. The rooms were much better than your standard Inn. Ask for a room upstairs because its quieter. The parking lot is well lit. The housekeeper even cleans the baseboard in the room. Great Location and felt very safe.

Comment: I was visiting Southern California and attending my cousins wedding in Newport Beach. After the wedding, we were on our way to Vegas, so we stopped in Victorville. We were on a budget after spending $450 at a resort for the wedding. The place was around $50. Amazing rooms, lavish comforts, and a swimming pool. The location was great as well. We walked to the donut shop across the street. Our kids played in the garden area as well. I like the service and amenities offered. We even had a fridge for the babys milk

Comment: Hi I came to Victorville when I arrived for an extended stay at Desert Valley Medical. I had to stay there for 2 months, and as a medical student from India I was on a very tight budget. This place is very nice and with great amenities. It is close to the bus routes. The staff is very nice and attentive to the needs of their guests. I will always remember my first home in the USA. I am returning next year. Being a foreign student, I am very happy and felt very same coming from the hospital at 2am every night. See you soon..............

Comment: Ive stayed at Travel Inn & Suites when I came to work at Desert Valley Medical Center. The room is very nice and comfortable. They were nice enough to give me a deluxe room for the same price. My physician friend actually recommended this place and Im grateful for this. I like a place which is active and lively. It makes me feel safe. I recommend room 117 in the corner. The linens and towels were very clean as well. Housekeeping cleaned my room everyday, and they did this in the evening. Now that Im back in my country Im happy to have such a good experience.

Comment: I stayed here with my family. The rooms are very well accommodated with nice furniture, a desk for writing, and appliances. We stayed here on our way to Vegas. The rates are amazing! The service is nice and the housekeepers take care of the little details. Its extremely hot in the area right now. Vegas is very hot as well. The pool is perfect for this time of the year. Gas stations are very close by as well. We didnt have the chance to go the Route 66 Museum, but one should try visiting it. This is a nice place for the budget minded traveler. Its away from the freeway as well which is great since we enjoy our quiet. I also liked the quality of the other guests at the location which is a very important factor.

Comment: I stayed at the Travel Inn when we were on our way to Six Flags Magic Mountain. We were very tired and stopped by this place without reservations. Its located on Route 66 and we were very pleased with the service and room. Im glad that we stopped at this location for a reasonable price. The rooms have the best tvs, better than my home to be honest with you. Its close by to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nicely decorated. My friend was happy with our choice. We had a nice stay and than enjoyed our drive to Magic Mountain.

Comment: I stayed at the Travel Inn when I came to visit my daughter in the Area. I highly enjoyed my stay. The weather was a little too hot to handle, however I cooled down in the evenings under their Gazebo and Garden area. My room was made daily each day, and the housekeeper took extra care in that! Shes very nice. I enjoyed by stay and the hotel was helpful enough to mail my ipad because I forgot it. They were kind enough to do this complimentary. The rooms were nicely decorated and had real nice furniture from Italy! If you are into decor like that, than this is your place! My daughter also loved the place, when she picked me up. I just wish I couldve spent more time with her. I suggest Room 117. Its quiet and right in the corner.

Comment: Our family stayed at this hotel, when we came to the United States from Morocco. We booked online. We were looking for a nice clean place. What I liked about the place is that its located on the same street as a wonderful Middle Eastern Restaurant. My mother really loved the decorations in the room. Some of the rooms in the are were too expensive and not worth it. I really appreciate their courtesy and kind effort. My family felt very safe in the area. We had a rental car and didnt want to take any chances with it being at any place for two days. Than off to Vegas!!!!!

Comment: I stayed at the Travel Inn when I came for the County Fair. It was extremely close to the location of the fair. Some of my co workers suggested the place. They had a great extended stay rate, so I booked! They were nice enough to wait for my payment one night and didnt hassle me about it. I would highly recommend this place and we will be here for the home show as well. I sell neck massagers so Im on a budge and this place is great in prices! The room was clean and great environment. I also felt extremely safe with my inventory uhaul onsite. No problems with this. I stayed at another hotel in Arizona and things were taken from my uhauls. Therefore Im very concerned about the safety of my inventory. I kept my ac off when I went to work, because I conserve energy. However, when I would come home at night the AC would cool the room within 5 mins. I miss this place. Nice people and nice staff.

Comment: I stayed at the Travel Inn because we were shooting for a film. Its a very beautiful Inn and I loved the location. I felt extremely safe parking all of our cars. The main concern for us when we wanted to book the rooms was the safety factor. Reason being we had thousands of dollars of Audio Visual Equipment and it was our responsibility to find a safe haven.Our group had a very nice experience. We loved hanging out in the patio areas after a hard days shoot. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Housekeepers were amazing. The rooms were very nice and I was in charge of keeping our VVIPs happy. They loved the room with the Audrery Hepburn Pictures.I would definitely recommend this room to any new honeymooners. On top of all the extra features the rate was great! The Air Conditioning was great after a hard days shoot In Lucerne Valley. We paid half the price and were extremely satisfied with services rendered.

Comment: As a person who just started a new business, I travel to Victorville every other week. This little place is great! I always get room 121. Nice staff, great bedding and a comfortable nights sleep. Its very affordable as well. I recommend this place to anyone who is on a budget but doesnt want to compromise their hotel room. Area is very safe and great surroundings. Of course it isnt a Four Seasons but I never expected it to be one either. I have stayed at Four Seasons, Ermitage, Starwood, and all major hotel chains!

Comment: I am a scout for a film crew and our crew will be staying here in late August. The hotel gave us a really good rate. We will be putting our camera and crew in the room with the three beds and the two bedroom suite. We chose this establishment because of it being located close to Lucerne Valley. Our main actors will be staying in the suites. Our actress will love the blue room suite, which they were kind enough to give us a reasonable rate on. I stayed here for one night and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.I really enjoyed the cool air conditioning unit. I must say 15000 btus is perfect and more than standard for a room. It only took 5 minutes to kick in after I arrived.

Comment: We stayed at the Travel Inn & Suites this month and were very satisfied with the level of service and the establishment overall. The rooms were well furnished, nicely painted, and the bathroom was astounding. The area was decent and safe for us to go take a walk around the garden in the evening. Our stay was out of this world and all for $53 a night. I also recommended this place to my sister who will be coming to the area in August. You cant complain for a budget hotel!

Comment: We stayed one night at the Travel Inn Victorville. Since my partner was too tired to drive to our destination in Vegas, we stopped at this quaint Inn right off of Route 66. The property is amazing with great staff. The rooms are very nice and clean. The housekeeper even gave us an extra hour to stay. The other guests there were mainly business professionals and a nurse also gave us free medical advice. I really enjoyed my tv shows on the nice flat panel tv. Amazing bang for your buck around $50. Its cute and quiet!

Comment: We stayed at the Travel Inn & Suites because of a heating issue that occurred at our house. Our family of of 6 enjoyed the two bedroom suite right above the pool. We were also able to have visitors over. This was on thanksgiving weekend so it was a nerve wrecking experience. The best part was is that Hometown Buffett was right down the street and we had our Holiday Meal there. The manager referred us over there and it was very good food. Hopefully we never have to stay at a hotel again but if we have relatives over for Christmas we will recoommend them to stay here. Good Service and good pricing for those dislocated during the holidays.

Comment: I am a overseas American who works in India. Last July, my IT company had sent me to Victorville in a company related work. My company had arranged my accommodation at Travel Inn and Suites. So my stay at the hotel was purely by chance.Right from my arrival, I held in awe of this hotel. The tall Ford style name board of the hotel is visible from long distance. When the cab stopped outside, the beautiful fountain in front of the hotel greeted me with instant dose of positiveness. Knowing that I am from far off place, the courteous staff completed the check in process lightening fast. Another surprise awaited me when I entered into my reserved room. The staff opened the window of the room, which unfolded a visual delight in the form of beautiful mountain far and impressive architecture near. The room small but well furnished with comfortable bed, big flat scree with plenty of channels, fridge and beautiful decor. Being an IT guy, I liked the free Wi-Fi facility provided in the room..Another thing i liked about the hotel is the continental breakfast provided to guests. It is free and full of choices - waffles, pastries, cereals, beagles, toast, milk and juices. The hotel staffs are eager to serve you at first available opportunity. The hotel has a nice parking lot and a gas station is nearby. The surrounding outside is very peaceful.Now before I close my review let me be fair and tell some downsides. The hotel room is a little small. The hotel building appears to be be bit older as well.So what? The price is so low that it is preferable to me over a 5 star hotel. I may not come again to Victorville. By chance If I do, my stay would be none other than Travel Inn & Suite. Adios!

Comment: I did not stay personally, but I arranged for 6 of my workers to stay. The customer service given to me from Sarah and the other employees was great! Breakfast, pool, well kept rooms, location and friendly staff. The guys loved this place so much they asked to stay here for all future stays in the area. Even comments and suggestions are addressed in a very timely manner. Excellent Value and great service makes this place our new Default for High Desert stays!
