Comment: On the 9th of March, Saturday, my 2014 Honda Accord was stolen from in front of our home. The culprits drove the vehicle for around half a mile along the main road before crashing into a ditch. It resulted in the deployment of the airbag and extensive damage to the front end of the car. Fortunately, our insurance provider, handled our situation quickly. Upon determining that the car was irreparable, we were promptly provided with a settlement within a 12-day timeframe. We are moving out of state and everything that has been asked from the Kuna office from the Redding office is received promptly. The entire team is friendly and helpful. Comment: I have never in my life experienced such incompetent work from any professional. Originally I was misquoted 3-4 times. Then when my rates went up after I paid my bill no one called me to let me know. And they charged me for the extra that I wasnt told I had to pay when I went into the location to pay my bill. While Im paying almost $200 dollars every month Im only covered for a small amount but only for accidents and if my car is stolen. Absolutely ridiculous, the only reason Im staying is because everyone else wants $300+ because I would be a new customer.Edit: Thank you Travis for reaching out I appreciate the effort you made to make me feel better about the situation.

Comment: I am so thankful that I changed my insurance agent to Travis Foster! I was satisfied with my former insurance agent ...because that is all I knew. I originally thought insurance agents were people that you never physically met and only spoke with over the phone. When we moved to Redding, I decided to find a new agent so that I could sit down with someone and learn about state farm insurance options. I am so happy that I chose Travis as my State Farm agent. Travis made the transition from one insurance company to another a breeze! He met with me and reviewed my current plans and never once tried to upsell any of insurance the options; instead, he educated me on my options and what was best for me and my current lifestyle. Travis even found significant mistakes in my former insurance policy, which could prevent a major uh oh down the road. Travis Foster and his team are genuine people that are not in the business to make money but to make sure people are protected and have the best plan that suits them and their families. Did I mention he and or his team members respond quickly and have a comforting office? I highly recommend Travis Foster!

Comment: I have been with State Farm for the past 3 years having used most of the well known insurers before. I have had a fantastic experience. Travis and his staff have been friendly and extremely helpful. The test of a great insurance agency is how they handle/treat you once you have an accident. Many insurers talk about being the lowest cost but once you need their help with a claim you struggle to get quick and easy answers and your claim takes longer than expected. When I had an accident it was taken care of right away and Travis and the team made sure I was happy.

Comment: There are so many insurance companies that provide competitive pricing but it’s the Agent that sends your insurance experience over the top! We have been with Travis for 9 years and haven’t regretted it a bit. He is personable and incredibly methodical when it comes to finding the best insurance levels for you. He calls and checks up on you to insure you have the proper insurance for you and your loved ones. His staff is friendly and actually remember who you are and treat you like family. His integrity goes above and beyond anything I would expect from an agent. During the Carr fire (Redding), our aunt and uncle unfortunately lost their home. They were lost and didn’t know what to do next. Travis was not their agent but in between helping his own clients, made the time to help them get a hold of their agent and helped walk them through the process. Truly a stand up guy who is honest and trustworthy. He only cares about what is best for his clients. Never oversells insurance you don’t need. And to top it all off, I have been able to get ahold of him or his staff EVERY SINGLE TIME I needed them! Would give more stars if I could!

Comment: I have used State Farm & specifically Travis Fossters agency for 11-12 years I believe. They’re the absolute best. They listen, advise you on your policies & make suggestions to change if you want. Travis is incredible- personable, smart, kind, compassionate, understanding & honest. And then there’s Brianne, likely the reason why I would never go anywhere else- for me- she’s been the point of contact for all the bad things (minor issues) & then if there’s a problem- Brianne hears it (Travis always follows up) but Brianne listens, she takes action, & she makes things happen. During those sad times I will never forget my phone call was met with Brianne’s- the sound of concern, empathy, of understanding in the midst of all the questions being asked. Travis & Brianne (and all the others!) are a well oiled machine.There may be other agents out there, but absolutely none better.
