Absolutely incredible! The team was so pleasant and fast and clean. They weren’t pushy at all. Down to earth and affordable. Incredibly professional, great with my very active toddlers asking them 1,000 questions. I can’t recommend them enough. Plus our water is AMAZING! It’s never been so clean.

Straight forward sales and installation. My wife was pleased with the install experience. The owner did the install and also took time to check our newly installed toilets and showed us how to limit the flush properly which saves water as well as reduces excess wear on the septic.Well done!

I called this company out Feb 18 because I was new to my home and my water seemed to be getting rusty / hard. Instead of trying to get to the root of the problem they tested the water showed me it was in fact hard and tried to sell me a new softener system ...charged me $60. I called someone else out who patiently explained the dial was off (yes I have the old system not digital) and explained filters and maintenance etc ... the other company actually did this for free explaining it was a new system to me and now I use them regularly. Almost 2 years later, we change all the filters take care of the system and the water tests great. Guess we didnt need a new system after all, just someone who knew to make sure everything was set up properly so it was running well. Really would love to get my $60 back to be honest. Especially since its been working this long still.

I had to replace not only my water filtration system but the purification system as well in my 1900 farmhouse. Had the crew including the owner over a few times during installation. Like that they took the time to explain everything to me. Id use them every time.

Called to get someone to look at my RO system that I bought off of the internet. Their response was that I purchased a piece of garbage from the internet so what did I expect.Very rude to say. Next time keep your thoughts to yourself and just assist the customer with their issue. Who knows maybe I would have purchased a new one. If I do it will not be from them.I would like to state that I did stop in there a week or so ago and they were extremely helpful. So I’m not sure where exactly this came from.Hopefully they can figure out how to improve customer service because I would be happy to promote a local company.

Hired them to program my softener. The 1st time they came to program it, the softener regenerated every night! The 2nd time they came, it now regenerates every 500 gallons.I called the company that makes my softener and they said it should have been set at 1500 gallons b4 it cycled with 3 people and a hardness of 22 and iron at.5 and with a 64,000 grain media. They dont know what theyre doing

If they had 10 stars Id give them 10. Called on the 13 of July had a pretty big problem had everything fixed and put back together the next morning. Guys are really friendly😄 Ive used the company before was really happy the last time as well. If your reading this review looking for someone I would highly recommend this company. The other plus for me is there local to my area👏👏👏👏👏

Terrible customer service.. sold me a system on the fact of getting 3 yr Maintanence and every time you call they act like it’s a bother to come out because they are not getting paid. Owner Is rude and talks down to people!
