This place is a blessing in disguise now that you can go up at 2:00 instead of having to wait till 5:00. Even when it was med plus Ive never had bad care experience. All of the doctors and nurses are very caring and get to you as quickly as they can, listen to you and have always had good service. Had a nice PA today that saw me and very satisfied with the care.
Everyone was very friendly. The PA I saw was thorough and knowledgeable about different medications needed to treat my condition. He took his time and wasnt in a rush to get me out of there. He listened to my ideas and concerns regarding certain medications. I was very happy with the care I received. The lady at the front desk was nice and so was the nurse. Even the lady that screens you for Covid was nice. I will definitely be going back if there is ever a need.
Always get in an out!!! And the staff is so friendly! We love that you have been added to the IHA group!
Great care. Listened to me and my concerns and help to reach a happy resolution. Will continue to come here when primary doctor is unavailable.
First off all, Id like to start off by saying that, for these 3 almost 4 years that my Daughter and I have lived here I never knew that you accepted my Medicare and Medicaid!If I wouldve known that, our lifes wouldve been so much easier for other things besides my Heart CHF problems and her Suicidal problems, which I would think that you would have had us call 911 for!But I learned today with your friendly staff both on the phone and at your facility that I dont always have to call on 911 for every little thing!Thank you for making my life a little easier!

Excellent care, friendly staff and X-ray service available onsite! We loved how the Nurse Practitioner took his time and sat down with us to discuss the treatment plan and options.
Worth the drive. Nice, profession and efficient. With everything going on we were still seen in less than an hour and the Dr made time to answer my questions.

Professional place.. Dr. Bruce was kind and patient. He went over the xrays with me after I rolled my ankle. The brace I bought there was inexpensive and very well made ..It helped the pain within an hour.
Walked in at 840, 20 minutes before they close. Everyone was very professional and kind despite being so close to closing time. They were able to diagnose and send a Rx in enough time to get to the pharmacy before they closed too. Can’t thank Karina (sp?), Theresa, and CNP Masserang enough! Would absolutely recommend.
The clinic was great. Until I was having problems with my prescription (a common problem with this prescription). Tried calling them to see if they could change it to someone else. Was transfered, that person said I was transfered to the wrong department. Called back, was put on hold for 10 minutes. She came back and said someone would call me back, no call back. Guess I am going back up there tomorrow and talk with them directly because this isnt a fun problem!! They should of called me back!!
Super easy to schedule online appointment. Love the hours. The PA and staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Eased the fears of my kiddo who needed to be seen. Would return.
Wonderful staff, they listened to my concerns and just overall did an excellent job. You are seen inside and not in a vehicle and they don’t just do a covid test but really investigate all possibilities of diagnosis.

Went to the urgent care for severe reaction to a beesting. The staff was amazing. Very caring and competent. I would highly recommend.
I highly recommend the Brooklyn urgent care. The staff was very professional and efficient and Dr Bruce was exceptional.
There for over and hour and a half and no one seen me. Walked out after sitting in the exam room for over 40 mins. Had an appointment for 4pm. 530 still no one to see me... Why make appointments if you are going to be an hour and a half late?
Dr. was very informative and knowledgeable. The dr did NOT make me feel like he was rushing to be done with us, he took his time. Wait time was not long.
Everyone was very nice and polite and I was treated extremely well by very knowledgeable people. It was a good experience for a not so good problem. I will definitely be back if I need to.
This place is great,has some really great doctors working that knows their stuff,dr.bruce really helped my wife out twice now , the whole place and people their are great ,great nurses a d staff, glad its open till 9 , we needed this place here , thank you

Very friendly staff, everyone was very helpful and prompt the lady did a very good job not ramming my nose too hard for the good ole woohan virus nostril test. Hopefully next time we meet on different circumstances 👌👍
This is the best walk in clinic I have ever been to and I am a mother of 2 grown children so I have been to enough of them. Ha ha

2022-04-02Doc and staff were very thorough. Took extra time explaining meds and how to relieve pain . Not sure if you have had a change at all but keep up the great service .

2021-11-24So far each time Ive came in with my child or for my self everyone was great an very caring. Will definitely recommend an will definitely keep coming back. Today was a long wait but they were very busy I much rather come here than go to Jackson.
