I had a very positive experience at IHA urgent care this afternoon. When I made an appointment online just after noon, they had quite a few open appointments to choose from. I chose a 2:39 appointment and was seen promptly after arriving. The nurse practitioner, Galen, was professional, friendly, and got right to the core of the issue. She ruled out more serious things and sent a prescription which was ready in a half an hour. I wish I could remember the name of the nurse, sorry about that, she was also warm and professional. It’s very reassuring to know that IHA urgent care is available when things come up on a weekend. Thanks so much!

I have been to this urgent care before and they did a very nice job. However, I took my 11 month old there for hives/rash today after recommendation from our pediatrician. When we arrived we werent asked why we were there or who the patient was. We walked up to check in and the receptionist said they were full and there were several people in front of us so we probably wouldnt been seen for hours. When I told her we would wait, she just kept saying we wouldnt be seen and they were full with appointments She told us to go to another urgent care. It felt like we were being denied care. At a urgent care I think you need to triage patients, however she never asked why we were even there. Really disappointed this time.

I had a fantastic experience with IHA urgent care, West Ann Arbor, today. I was able to schedule my appointment online, get a phone message via text 30 minutes prior to my appointment to show up in 30 minutes. Then, when I showed up, I stood in line for two minutes waiting to check in. I sat in the waiting room for only about seven minutes and I was taken back to a room. The doctor (Dr. Cawood) was efficient and thorough, and had a lovely bedside manner. I had a diagnosis and prescription within 15 minutes and when I left I had not been there more than 30 minutes total I would absolutely recommend the IHA urgent care, West Ann Arbor, to everyone. The other thing I learned on the website is that IHA West Ann Arbor has a different door for patients who are entering with Covid symptom . I felt much safer in the waiting room being there with people who did not have Covid symptoms.

In short, my visit was quick and the doctors very competent, much better experience than UM.I went to their urgent care on Saturday around noon for something unknown but painful in my eye that I was not able to flush out. My wife first called and they answered directly to say they could handle an eye injury. Check-in was immediate and the wait was barely 10 minutes. The doctor was very competent and immediately numbed and stained my eye so that he could examine it. He then called in another doctor who then q-tipped under my eyelid, on and around my eye. I was satisfied with that and discharged. When the numbing wore off after an hour nap at home, my eye felt much better and the unknown something clearly gone.In previous years I have scratched my eye twice and learned what competent eye injury care is. Absolutely incompetent was the UM man Hospital Emergency room; they made the pain worse and left because they were clueless. Best was optometrist Dr Bulos at The Eye Gallery. Therefore, I feel well qualified to say that the IHA Urgent Care WestArbor was very competent and while hopefully not needed again, I would go back there for any urgent needs.

My mom’s care was efficient and the young medical assistants were really kind and caring. The exam rooms were well maintained especially concerning how busy the practice is

After a minor disagreement with a chain saw, a visit to urgent care was required.Amber, Emily and Nurse Practitioner Stacey made our stop at IHA Urgent Care a truly wonderful experience. Our walk in to the treatment room was timely, the triage was excellent, my care/multiple sutures were simply exceptional by Stacey. Her bedside manner, caring attitude and steady hand were absolutely reassuring.IHA Urgent Care (Jackson Rd) was great and we’d recommend it to everyone!

We were registered efficiently and treated with respect and friendliness throughout our visit. I loved being able to have one appointment for both kids. It was an excellent experience and we will return, for sure…I mean if we must require urgent services.

Should have read the reviews a little closer. Went to the lab, no health check on entry, no masks available, no nothing. This is an URGENT care facility and they had NO safety protocols in place. So I asked a staff member if I could have a mask, she first just ignored me, then I got a sneer and she reluctantly reached into a box and gave me one. Went to the lab itself, walked and was ordered to take a number and sit down, not very what you would call caring and customer focused. I did not feel like sitting so I stood in a corner waiting and was once again screamed at and told to SIT DOWN. I just left and never will return. This is a disgrace from all fronts, clearly something is broken in this facility and it is not just affecting service but a public health crisis(their words).Someone needs to fix this or call the Washtenaw Health Department and close them down.
