My experience with the watch repair guys was fantastic. Unfortunately, the first time I got my watch repaired it broke again, but they let me bring it in and they fixed it for me for free. I am super grateful for their help. However the lady on the phone was very short with me, I would recommend just going in and talking to them in person.
Excellent guest service and very knowledgeable.I brought my watch for a battery replacement and new pin in the band. The associate that was there replace my battery, but was unable to get the pin out. The associate told me he could keep the watch to have another associate look at the watch. While paperwork was being filled out, another associate came in the store. This associate took a moment to look at my watch and stated he would be able to get the pin out.A few days later, I received a phone from the establishment that they were not able to fix my watch. I went back to the store, and the associate explained to me why they were not able to fix my watch (the material in the band was deteriorating). The associate then explained how I could go about getting a new band.
Great watch service shop. Professional staff and watch master. I went in to polish my old Jaeger-Lecoultre crystal which has some scratches on it. The watch master looked at it and said it can be polished. I waited there for about 5 minuets while the repair was performed. The polish was perfectly done and it only costed me $15.
If can, no star at all. First time to change battery, everything is good. Tragedy happened on second time to change battery. My longines watch cover was greatly scratched. There are at least 6 scratches on the back cover. The staff use hammer and the other tool to open the cover. So rude! And made the small gap bigger and left a scratch on gold part. More anger, from the staff to manager and store owner, no one apologized and admitted that it should not happen. I can not feel any sincerity from them. After repairing, the scratches is polished but still can be seen under the light. Gold part can not be polished so they said it is not their responsibility for that. Should I take a picture every time before changing battery so I can have the evidence to prove all caused by rudely operation? No compensation and no sincerely apologize. The only person I should thank is the one who repair it. Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay.
I have visited on several occasions. Right off the bat, I will say their service has been rude with an alarming consistency. However, the bigger issue is in their watch services. Every time, their services have been subpar and/or I have been overcharged, regardless of the service; anything from a simple band resize to full restoration work. The most egregious case was when I went in for an expensive vintage repair and the watch was returned to me twice without being fixed. After confronting them about this, they finally admitted they lied about fixing the watch and could not fix it. Then they refused to refund me on the cost of repairs despite doing nothing but waste my time. Even though there is not many alternatives in the area, I highly recommend taking your business literally anywhere elseEdit: They responded to my review (note, a year+ after original posting) and said they can’t do services for free. I will repeat that they did NOTHING in the way of service and only lied, wasted my time, and overcharged me.
I have been bringing my watches to this place for several years to be repaired, new batteries, adding links to the bracelet or removing them. Ive also purchased watches here. Extremely friendly people and they just take good care of their customers. Recently the back fell off my watch and I took it in Ive had that particular watch worked on before and they tested the battery to make sure it didnt need to be changed and resealed the back and there was no charge because I had already had the watch worked on this year. Great value for the money. And very skilled people.
Stay away! Brought my Grandfathers working wrist watch in to have a leather strap added. I saw the watch repairman drop it on the floor when he handed it to cashier. Paid $40 for strap, got in my car, noticed the watch had stopped at 10:05 (around time it was dropped) and the crown came off when I tried to reset. Took watch back and the repair was quoted to be $390 after they denied that dropping a watch would cause any damage. I asked if I could get a refund on the leather strap. I was told by the same cashier to present the receipt which was paid in cash and discarded. Not a good place at all!!!!
I had a fantastic experience here. Most places, especially chain jewelry stores, don’t have the equipment to replace and pressure test water proof watches—Triple Crown does. They replaced my battery, pressure tested it, and got me out the door in about 15 minutes. All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
I went here to get the face of my watch repaired due to a mishap from the holidays. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even with the holiday rush. They were sympathetic to my situation (it was a gift from my in-laws) and I was extremely impressed with the quality of customer service as well as the quality of the work. It nice to see that good customer service still exists! I will go here for any watch repairs I need in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone else needing these services.
I went for a crown change and the guy charged $75 for that and the next day when I pick it up the watch is not working and the guy telling me there is rust inside the watch and yet said he didnt not open the watch. He gave the money back but now my $3000 watch is broken.Do not ever go there
My watch worked perfectly but the second hand (small subdial) fell off, after the repair the watch no longer worked. The mechanical movement was clearly bound after their hack repair. Worse, they didnt notice that the watch no longer worked and were very rude and arrogant about it when it was brought back in. I love to support small local businesses but this shop is terrible.
My wife & I have visited Triple Crown Watch & Clock Repair MANY times over the past 15 years. We have ALWAYS received GREAT, friendly service, and low prices. We have even purchased some Swiss Army watches for our family for Christmas Gifts....Great place to shop & have your watch or clock repaired, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
I brought a watch in to get it looked at because it has stopped working a few days ago. When i entered the store I was greeted right away. They asked me what was wrong with it, and I said I did not know. They said lets start with a battery and go from there. Before I had the time to check my iPhone, they had already fixed my watch. The battery had simply gone dead, and it was an easy fix. I was really happy with the speed in which i was helped. I was truly thankful to the crew at Triple Crown Watch Co for all their fast and friendly service. It was a very easy and quick experience and I have already recommended them to my friends. I highly recommend these guys to anyone as they know almost everything about the watch biz.10/10
Not a nice man- charges way too much- sells services that are not needed- omega constellation battery replacement $110 had replaced next time $20- was told if gasket wasnt damaged this service is routine- new battery outlasted $110 service by 6mo. still ticking-if you are worried about expensive watch find good watch repair shop-high price doesnt mean high quality- beware
I went in to get my watch battery replaced at Triple Crown Watch Co. The first thing I said to the person behind the counter after saying, Hello, how are you today? was that I know a person who works at a store who sends their watches to you for repair and I would like my watch repaired at a good price, can you help me? He takes a look at my watch and tells me no problem its $x.xx plus the cost of the battery and it will only take a few minutes. I said doesnt it cost more than that because its pressurized and dont you need to do it with a special machine so its still water resistant? He said, Well yeah if you want it to be water resistant. What an idiot for not knowing I want my water resistant watch to stay water resistant. So then I ask how much it would cost to do it correctly. The guy in the back room who is the owner says, Well at xxxx store we charge them $20.00 for that repair, but for you its $49.99. So I ask him to do it for me for $30.00 because he is making $10.00 more than if I took it to the other store. He said thats stupid and a number of other things regarding asking for a better price on gas because the station down the street sells it cheaper. I said Im asking to pay $10.00 more than the price you make if I was to take it to the other store. He didnt understand this and wasnt very polite about anything (he must have had a really lousy day).I could tell he didnt really care what came out of his mouth to the customer and he didnt want me in his store anymore so I informed him that his service is lousy and hes rude and I will let everyone know how horrible my shopping experience was and headed out the door. As I was walking out of his store he started yelling stuff as I walked out into the parking lot. I will never shop or recommend Triple Crown Watch Co to anyone!
Took in a vintage Tag and wanted an original part. They took 2 months to fix it...no phone call from them with an update after they told me it would only be 2 weeks. I of course knew it would take longer for shipping of the part since it was coming from Switzerland but apparently the part was on back order which i found out after i called the first time. They told me they would call when the part came in. I called again 3 weeks later and they said it would be ready in a few days. When i went to pick it up, the side of the watch had damage and the owner himself argued with me that it was lile that when i brought it in and its his word against mine. I cannot believe how unprofessionaly he was. You could see the crown was replaced with a bigger sized crown therefore they needed to make the hole bigger. It looked like they tried to melt the side and fit it in that way. Extremely unprofessional and for an owner to handle business that way is unbelievable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR ANYTHING.
I had my vintage Rolex I wanted to hand down to my son. You restored it as a Christmas gift. One word...spectacular. It was everything you promised and more. Your professionalism, pricing, and quality of service is second to none. My son was overwhelmed. Thanks for making this an extra special Christmas for a father and son.
Brought my vintage watch in for an estimate (watch running 5 min slow per day) told that a variety of problems existed and about 700.00 should take care of it, I declined and picked up my watch the next day, less than 24 hours later put the watch on and after 1 hour my crystal is fogged on the inside with moisture!! Their answer...we told you it had problems. After 40 years no problem, 1 day with these people...now I have a problem. Run screaming the other way...GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
Recently brought my Shinola to get the battery replaced. I was in shock when they told me it was $75.00...I made a mistake by going there. I shouldve walked away and went elsewhere. A watch battery is less than 5 bucks. Im an idiot for agreeing to the price. The one star is for overcharging customers to include a pressure check. I got robbed
In home clock repair man did not complete fixing the grandfather clock. It stopped running after 7 hours. I paid $150.00 to have him use masking tape to hold the moon dial in place, which it did not. The man wants $350..00 to take the works into his shop.I have had three repair men do maintenance on the clock over the years and they have always completed the work in the house and the clock ran for years after they visited.I think that I should have my money returned.

They replaced the batteries on 2 of my husbands watches while we waited. They have a nice little shop, well be back and well be telling our friends to go there too! Very happy with the service we received and reasonably priced too!

2022-04-06Great place to go to fix your watches. The guy changed five batteries to five watches and changed two belts to two watches in 30 minutes while he was entertaining us with few good jokes.

2021-09-05These people took a frustrating situation and turned it into a nightmare. I purchased a vintage limited edition Chopard from an international jeweler which was damaged in shipping and needed a relatively simple repair, repressing the seconds hand which popped off the stem. Not only did they not complete the repair, the watchmaker took a case knife to the FRONT of a pristine, high polish case and left massive gouges and dents. Upon confrontation, they attempted to polish the case, while mocking me, I quote must not have been that nice if the hand fell off. There are still marks in the case, that I now have to send out to a professional to be corrected. I wouldnt take a $10 Timex to these clowns. They are unprofessional and reckless.

2021-05-28I took a watch in to buy a battery. The watch didn’t run when the battery was replaced and they told me the watch wasn’t worth repairing. I was happy to have that information in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
