Comment: Took 3 hours of work to move stuff which had to be done at 5 arrive at location to pickup U-Haul and find a sign that says will return at 3 my reservation was for 2:30. Waited till 3:20 and gave up canceling that. So after loosing 3 hours of work, $40 in Ubers and 50 minutes of waiting I got nothing done. Thanks a lot…..

Comment: I wont use another storage facility. The staff is so friendly, so accommodating, and the units and grounds are exceptionally clean and well kept. The temperature controlled units are perfect for my needs. I never have a problem when I need to obtain a storage unit or check out. Someone is always available. I frequently store or use the storage off and on for holiday decor and I always feel welcome. Prices are below what other facilities charge for temperature controlled storage. I especially appreciate the security features.

She is one, if not the best on-site Manager I have ever dealt with and Ive had Storage unit Mgrs. across the Country! Simply put... Barbara is kind, considerate, polite, respectful, understanding and extremely professional! She runs a tight ship. Any time I visit my unit, the office, restroom, premises inside and out are clean and if on property am greeted with smiles and a Welcome back Mr. Roberts! The facility is nice (although they need a light in the units) but Im extremely disappointed that they have raised my rent every single year without fail. And now they are threatening to increase my rent yet again. I could understand if it was every few years but every single year?

Comment: The place is amazing! Starts as soon as you go in to rent a storage unit. The customer service is amazing! The place is so clean, from outside of the building to inside. Rented a unit on level two inside and the whole process of moving the stuff in was so easy. Elevator is big and they have big flat carts that can fit furniture. Let alone the amount of totes/boxes you can stack on them.

Comment: Barbara was amazing and took good are of us. Very down to earth and helped us through the process. We love the location and service here. It’s a safe and peaceful location. Even at night I felt safe going to the storage unit. I love that there two options of outdoor and climate controlled indoor units. Would highly recommend Trojan storage unit!!

Comment: Hello. Before I rented a storage unit from Trojan in Roseville I paid for another storage unit at a near by competitors storage company. After I visited Trojan storage, the same day I canceled my 1st storage unit from a competing storage company and get a unit with Trojan. Trojan is very clean. Barbara was wonderful!!! Barbara and the other lady that works there always are very helpful and VERY friendly. Ladies you get 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and a A+ in customer service. Thank You!!!

Comment: My experience was awesome. From the short notice and situation i was in that was quite dire, the nice ladies up front helped me find the right unit. The unit was clean and i never had issues getting into or out of the complex. Great experience and i would highly recomend.

Comment: For the past 10 + years I have utilized Trojan Storage for items I could not store in my home, 2 homes. So, I found Trojan Storage on Baseline Road in Roseville. Over the years, many life changing experiences and the need to downsize our storage unit, make accommodations, and the staff was always there, communicated with support and always met our needs. Comment: I have nothing but good things to say about this company and location. Weve rented from them on two separate occasions now. Every employee Ive encountered has been extremely friendly and helpful, and has gone out of their way to make my experience pleasant. The facility itself is very well maintained with gated security as well as individual security on each unit. We chose Trojan in particular for their climate controlled storage units, and stayed because of the good rates and great employees. If we ever need storage again in the future, I know who Im going with for the 3rd time!

Comment: Manager was super helpful when I showed up ten minutes before closing. She carefully explained the pricing including insurance. She prorated everything in my favor and Ben included an Internet special that I didnt know about. The facility is sparkling clean as is my unit.

Comment: This place used to be great but, not anymore. Ever since the new owners and management took over we have almost constant rent hikes. Plus, they nickel and dime you for insurance and anything else they can think of. Consider this my notice.
