Comment: A very expensive place for the size of the storage, apart from that they give preference to new people and those who have been renting for a long time are charged more and more, a new person is charged $235 for a medium storage and those who have been renting for more than 2 years renting they want to charge you $450 for the same space, I really dont recommend it

Comment: Do not store anything here. Customer service does nothing but give generic responses. Passing on complaints does absolutely nothing. The customer is still charged unfairly.My friend rented here for 8 years straight. She even referred me. And when she was moving out, communicated everything to them. They flat out refused to pro-rate the days used or give a refund. I was with another facility, which after 4 yrs, pro-rated the days and refunded the difference.In 8 yrs, her rental fee increased by double and a half. And everything was covered in thick dust.Go somewhere else, where its not just about the money, but people too.

Comment: My experience over all isnt great An employee named Rebekah was very rude to me she gave me a hard time to use the bathroom she treated me like I was a homeless person and wasnt pleasant at all I like the experience I have from other workers there but she made me feel very uncomfortable I didnt appreciate how disrespected I felt .

Comment: My daughter moved into an apartment to finish her college career at Pitzer College in Claremont and we needed to find a small storage location because the apartment was too small for about 1/2 of her stuff. We found Trojan Storage of West Ontario. The staff was amazing - so helpful and very patient with a stressed out Dad and Daughter who had just driven from Seattle to Claremont the day before. The deal we got was perfect, the move into the storage unit super easy, and we just moved out after about 6 mos of storing there. We wanted to give a big shout out to ABE and his crew for being so kind and helpful. The unit was clean, well kept, and they helped us out a lot. Highly recommended! I especially appreciated their good humor to keep us positive!

Comment: Ive been using Trojan storage since November 2020. I used it for 6 months and I got to say its one of the cleanest storage areas Ive been to, there was no vagrants in the area loitering, and our storage unit was extremely safe. I also have to acknowledge that the staff is awesome especially Kevin. Since Kevin came aboard every missed call gets a response and hes extremely helpful with a great attitude. Trajan storage is lucky to have him.

Comment: Ive been with trojan storage coming on a year now and Ive had no issues, the gals that work for trojan storage are very helpful and friendly and the access hours from 6am to 9pm is awesome! Trojan storage is by far the CLEANEST and most reasonably priced storage facility I have ever rented from..I definetly recommend this place...5 stars in my book they are second to none!Erick jeremiah
