I live in a townhouse and it is one of the worst places I have ever lived. Ive been here 6 months and have had many issues. My landscaping looks awful, the trees are way over grown, my furnace did not work for a month, my basement and walls have cracks in them, you can literally catch a breeze through my basement window. Wanna talk about spiders and centipedes? Let me jut say I kill at least 2 a day, I have sprayed and bombed multiple times and they will NOT go away. I have never seen a basement with more bugs. There is mold growing on the front of my house, theres plants growing in my gutters that are stuffed to the brim with debris so much so water just pours out of them from the roof. It looks nice upon the walk through, then it really shows how badly it was flipped. Every single light in my house flickers, no matter if all of them are on or just one, which tells me there is a serious electrical problem. Shall I go on? I have had endless issues since I moved in here. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself

Late last year I moved into one of the recently built houses in the Troy condominium. During the finalization, I accompanied Franchescas activity, always very friendly and extremely professional and efficient. The construction company is very good, the finish of excellent quality and good taste. We had a magnificent accompaniment, Pan that takes care of the bureaucratic part, made everything easier. Im loving being at the house and whenever necessary, with prompt service. I recommend!!

It is SO NICE to live in a place that cares for and takes care of so much for you! This morning BEFORE I woke up (which was WAY EARLY!) they had ALREADY shoveled my walks -- making sure I could get about my day easily! Its easy to notice that you dont have to shovel while drinking coffee and listening to weather reports about the storm, but I know my building management and maintenance do LOTS of little things that I dont even notice BECAUSE they keep my life running so smoothly! Fabulous place to live with friendly people everywhere!!

We recently completed a major design and buildout project with Trowbridge Homes in our office, and we must say we are extremely satisfied with the results.  We had a pretty good idea what we wanted to achieve when we started the project, but had no idea how much better it would turn out, not only did they meet the expectations set by others who had worked with them in the past, they also went above and beyond to exceed them. From the start of our process through construction and follow-up, Trowbridge demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for their business. It is clear that their true purpose is to ensure their client’s complete satisfaction. The owner, Anthony, was nothing short of amazing. He stayed in direct contact with us through the entire process making sure that all of our needs were met. I assure you that you will not be disappointed if you choose them for your remodeling or construction needs. We actually just hired them again for a basement buildout and same as the first, it has been a wonderful experience. Thank you again!!!

I have been dealing with this company for years. Anthony and his staff have been absolutely professional and attentive to our needs. I had a furnace issue in our building last Sunday and he sent a guy right out. Courteous, professional and quick to handle any issues. Ive used them for all our building needs and couldnt be happier. Keep up the great work!
