One star for showing up and for the guy who answere calls but zero stars for the tech who showed up with cheap computer which he could not even retreat data but charged $600 for 3 hrs he struggled with his tiny computer ,i had to call other shop who sent me a professional (48four25two39six3) with high grade computer, fixed the derated truck due to def problems , so do not waste your money on these guys if you have def codes

Ronnie with truck paramedics went out in the middle of the night to assist my driver who was broke down in a tow truck loaded. He went above and beyond to both take care of me on the phone as well as my driver. Cannot say enough good. Thank you so much for providing excellent customer service which is extremely hard to come by in this day and age!!

YOULL BE SORRY IF YOU DONT READ THIS 1ST.I paid TRUCK PARAMEDICS (Ronnie Sr.) $4,500 to swap a reefer unit onto a trailer which he convinced me to buy. He told me hed perform the reefer unit swap and bring ifhe trailer up to DOT standards. After consistently dodging my calls and texts and not calling me back, I was finally notified that my reefer unit, which had been previously tested by RONNIE Sr.. and worked just fine, was now completely broken and unsalvageable. He told me he was installing the old reefer model back onto the trailer even though doing so was completely against my will. He then attempted to hit me with a $4,500 storage bill (YES!) and told that we could pick up the trailer once the debt was paid, but that he would not ne giving me my reefer unit back that I paid him to install (Its worth $13-15k). I never agreed to allow him to do that, but he wouldnt give it back. (He still has my reefer unit and I am now in the process of filing a lawsuit for $32,000). Should be delivered by the end of June. When we finally picked up the reefer trailer that he said was in great condition and that he would make DOT roadworthy, it wouldnt even start. It also had multiple bad tires, 2 blown airbags, a massive spliced rail, multiple cuts in the sides, a completely ripped and tattered chute, doors that were severely damaged, and a moldy interior. The original reefer unit which RONNIE HAD AGREED TO remove and replace with my new one (the one he stole from me). Ive now had 2 techs look at the trailer, and they both agree that the reefer unit on the trailer was never even removed from from trailer. In other words,, I paid him $4,500 TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and the really nice trailer he sold me for $9,500 is only worth about $2,000 in the condition it was finally delivered it to me in. Bottom line is that Ronnie Sr. (Owner 9f Trick Paramedics) cannot be trusted. Unfortunately, his erratic temper dictates how bad he is going to take advantage of you on any given day. It totally depends on his mood and how he money he feels he can take you for. DO NOT USE THIS MANS SERVICES.
