Long story short, over the past year or so, my family and I have been through 4 agents and viewed around 20 homes that we failed to get before coming here. Though there was nothing wrong with the previous agents, they just didn’t understand our needs as much as Trung did. Within less than two weeks of working with him, we found our dream home in our dream neighborhood. It was a miracle because, at this point, we almost gave up on finding a house in general and waiting until next year. This realtor group came in as a blessing!Most notably, his team was so helpful in translating, responding to questions, guiding, reassuring, etc of my immigrant parents who are also first-time buyers. There were so many convolutions that he cleared up, and it eased the stress off of home buying.Though I was away during the main process of getting our home, my parents couldn’t stop gushing about how much they loved working with this agency. I didn’t believe it until I saw it, and boy were they right. Nothing beats the professionalism of Trung. We told his team what we wanted, they listened, and within a few days, a deal was wrapped up that benefitted both the seller and the buyer. You don’t have to worry about missing out on anything or getting an overestimate because he is THAT great at his job.I could keep going on about the many things my parents loved about working with him, but it would be endless. Instead, if you are looking to buy a house or know someone who is planning to, I can’t recommend this place enough!
