A steak & cheese sub and pizza burger with banana pepper sub was ordered. Delicious. Took the subs to the Ford Fireworks on the river event. A good time held by all.

Received my sandwich and the bread as covered in mold. I will never visit this place again or recommend this tubbys.I tried calling and was hung up on multiple times. Both of the sandwiches we received were made wrong and one was covered in mold on both sides of the sandwich, the picture below was just a section that had mold.

Extremely disappointed and I would like a refund! I ordered 2 steak and cheese jumbo which is supposed to be extra meat. You guys have put more lettuce than actual meat and these are 12 inch subs! We had to take the meat from one half of our sub and put it on the other! One of the subs have very hard rock like pieces in the meat, so every bite you are eating something hard and makes it impossible to chew. This is a big inconvenience and I wish you guys would pick up the phone! This food is unacceptable, if we wanted to waste money we would just flush it down the toilet! Now we are still hungry due to the bs food we received. I would not recommend eating here!

If I could give a zero I would... I was totally in shock an dissatisfied with my experience tonight... First problem was I ordered cheese sticks along with my subs an fries. Cheese sticks I get are completely crumbled mush together. Get home to find out my subs are so horribly made. Missing ingredients and NOT toasted what so ever!

Sticky floors, dirty tables, a bit of junkscattered around (vacuum/shovels/trash/storage totes/ fans), lights out, digital menus were out of service, broken door handles... Havent been to this location in a while but it looks like its been neglected and is in need of a little TLC. Most of this could be fixed up with very little $ and few hours of work. I guess I would expect a restraunt to be pretty clean early in the hours of operation, not so at may last visit. Food was... meh. The bread was great the rest of the sandwich was lacking. Literally had a super thin single layer of meat. The lettuce had no crunch and was pretty soggy. And the two tomato slices on my large sandwich were sliced paper thin. The prices are however pretty cheap to correspond with the skimpy meat portions. I used to enjoy an occasional Tubbys sub but I dont think Ill be back.

Cheese sticks were crushed on bottom of bag. Ordered 1 steak and cheese one steak and cheese with mushrooms. Dry subs no mushrooms and missing tomatoes. Riverview mi 4/21 /2022 8pm

Food is good but expensive.Around $20 per person just for subs, no drinks or anything else. What they call an XL is what most people would think of as a regular sized submarine sandwich. Oh, and if you have a family of five or more that each want an XL sub (or a regular sub with any extra items), you better call the order in before you go because it will exceed the $$ amount that they think needs to be pre-ordered. Prepare to be scolded if you dont know that in advance. That rule will definitely prevent me from making any impulsive, last minute stops on the way home.Note: menu board in the drive thru is not clear on pricing for XL and larger subs; its cluttered and difficult to read quickly. You really need to know what you want before you get there because you will never find it on that board.

Im sorry but this location should close. The employer and employees do not care. Tubbys corporate should look into this location.They are not making the sandwiches with any quality 😕 I will never ever ever go to this Tubbys.CLOSE THIS TUBBYS!

If I could rate it less I would, my order is wrong almost every time and because I cant go in and order its harder to check my food, my wife likes hers a certain way and when I order it her way 90 percent of the time its wrong, I know what your thinking and no I will not ever return

Worst service ive ever received in my entire life. i was cut off multiple times by the person at the speaker rudely & then yelled at. there is nowhere ive gone where anyone was so disrespectful. the person working the speaker on Wed Dec, 1st around 1pm said they werent sure about all of the just baked cupcake flavors they had, but listed the ones that they knew about for sure. i couldnt hear some of the things they said, so i said that i wasnt sure about what they said because i couldnt hear them& then i started to say after stating that i didnt hear what they said do you have- & that is all i got out before i was cut off & they said i already said what we have rudely. then by the end of my order, they shouted pull up in a very rude tone with no total or manners, mind you by this point im still keeping my cool, but quite bothered that i was cut off several times while speaking & trying to ask questions. so when i pulled off, the passenger in my car saw them stick their head out the window laughing & throwing peace signs out the window. just very unprofessional,, first time coming here & also the last
