My son was a student from 8/21 until 06/10/22.After 10 months with Tutor Time we noticed a significant decline in the quality of care and I would not recommend this facility. We often witnessed children being ignored. If a child is sad they were left to cry for extend periods of time and told, came get me when you calm down. We witnessed this in person and on the camera app EVERYDAY. Rarely do the teacher play with the children. More often than not as you walk through the halls you would notice a teacher just sitting, staring at the children with little to no interaction. Almost every morning children being dropped off will scream cry and try to run out the door after their parents. It was heartbreaking to watch and experience. Upon pick up, often times our sons diaper would be so full that it would be falling off him and hindering his ability to walk. It was so bad one day that the Director of the school personally walked us back to the classroom and changed my son diaper in front the the teachers that just watched her and didnt say anything. Incident reports for injuries was almost weekly if not twice a week. And finally the ratio of students per teacher are high, yes they meet state regs however its A LOT for one teacher. In my sons class the state allowed is 8 students per 1 adult. That is eight 2 year olds trying to potty train running around to every one teacher. The teachers are asked to entertain the children, keep them safe, feed them, change diapers, help in the potty, update communication apps, take photos etc. Its A LOT for one person and we witnessed students were unable to receive any extra attention that wasnt an essential need. The new communication app that Tutor Time uses called SproutAbout is created and owned by Learning Care Group which is the organization managing/owns? Tutor Time. The app works only about 50% if time. So watching your child on the camera is spotty. Additionally the app does not notify you if a message is sent and vice versa with the teachers. Every staff member we talked to would say they hate the app as well. We also became concerned with the accountability the school has if their camera app is owned by them. All in all I feel like a good 35% of the staff is trying their best but are often overwhelmed with the tasks they are asked to perform therefore only being able to provide essential need care to the children verse providing a loving and patience atmosphere we looking for.

We had a daughter at another chain daycare and had a terrible experience . We have nothing but good things to say about the our experience at Tutor Time. Our daughter loves the teachers and is very well cared for. The staff actually educates the kids. The other chain couldnt keep the kids safe let alone teach them anything. We will miss all the staff and have nothing but gratitude for how they cared for our child.

Where to do start.... We have been going to this child care ON and OFF for over a year now. We had a great experience with Ms. Diane in the infant room, we took a little break came back & placed in toddler 1 with Ms. Sara and then Ms. Jenna. Took another break came back to Toddler 2 NOW our first week back where everything went downhill. It turns out that my little munchkin is sensitive to dairy. I mentioned on the first day that he is DAIRY FREE to assist director & lead teacher Ms Loretta.1st day went well.2nd day: he was fed yoghurt for breakfast. (I right away contacted told the teacher no dairy for this guy)3rd day: he got a little upset when I was undressing him, so I left him in his snowboots when a teacher took him away from me, I told her that he has gray shoes that he needs to be changed into. 1.5 hrs later he was still walking around in those snowboots. I contacted assist director, she handled it.4th day: he was let out outside with no hat, scarf or gloves on a 30 degree weather. Then for lunch was fed cheese ravioli. On this day I spoke to Ms Jill, the director. Let her know what has been happening, she said she will be talking to Ms Loretta in the morning since she was not there. Thats when I decided not write a review because I truly love this day care but then come home & as I start to unwrap his diaper, I came to another suprise... Bad wiping job, this is how the little ones can get a UTI, I am hoping that no bacteria was spread! And CHERRY ON TOP he got a LOW GRADE FEVER of 100.2!Parents please be extra clear and direct of yours & your childs needs.

The teachers and directors make everything easy. As a mother sending my son off to daycare for the first time, I was terrified. My sons teachers made the transition as smooth as possible. His teachers, Jenna and Phylicia, held him when he cried and always shared updates with us everyday via the apps. Now, he doesnt want to leave when we come to pick him up! The center is newly renovated and looks great! The directors Jill & Melanie answer every question, no matter how silly I may think they are. This is a daycare I would recommend to everyone.

We absolutely love Tutor Time! My sons teachers have been nothing but amazing, he is almost one and loves to go to school already. The staff treat you and your child like family. As soon as I did a tour of Tutor Time at this location I instantly knew my son would be going here. Anytime anyone asks me where I send my son for daycare I recommend Tutor Time and this location if it is possible for them.

Such a great school for my children! My son goes there all year round since he was 6 months old, and he is now 4. My daughter goes there over summer break while I work. They have great staff and they pay close attention to detail for the early education of my little ones. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Loved this place. The staff are amazing and you can tell they truly love and care about your children. The director and assistant director do not miss a beat and know everything that is going on in their school. They are present in class rooms, so much that my 9 month old would go to both of them no problem. Could not have asked for better teachers and aides. Felt comfortable with all of them.

My boys have been at Tutor Time for awhile now and I couldnt be more happy with the outcome. My oldest son has some behavioral problems and the difference Tutor Time has made with him is amazing. He has improved in so many areas, in school and at home. I love their curriculum and the time they devote to physical activity. They really have a good grip on how kids need to play and learn. I enjoy hearing about my kids day, and the fact they dont want to even leave school when we come pick them up! There is always something going on, either Tumble Bus or special visitors who bring animals, even a DJ has come to the school! The directors are very involved and even spend time with the kids in the classrooms. I enjoy this school very much all around and appreciate all they have done for my boys.

If I could, I would give this specific tutor time 0 stars. My child still has nightmares 2 years later and Mrs.Robbins has ruined the school experience for my son. She was the first one I gave my baby to and he was traumatized. He would cry everyday I dropped him off. It was very stressful for my whole family. They would not even let me review footage for the previous week. They said I can stay and look at the footage of that day. No sense in doing that if Mrs.Robbins knows I am there looking at the footage. As soon as I switched him out to a different daycare, the crying had stopped and he was a different child.I just wish I didnt wait to long to switch him out. I thought it would get better, but it just kept getting worse. He actually enjoyed going to school. I really wondered what she was doing to him that he did not want to be there, because once again they WOULD NOT let me review footage from the previous week, gave me some story about corporate not allowing it. I would not recommend this tutor time to anyone.

I was a stay at home Mom for 11 years and my youngest (5) started TutorTime on Hayes almost 5 months ago. They have exceeded my expectations in care. Not only do they communicate daily via BrightWheel but they also have live cams where I can log in and see my son. I can see the love and care he’s given. I can see the fun he’s having. Jill the director is fantastic and the staff is really exceptional. We will be sad to move on to Kindergarten but so grateful to them for getting my son ready to start school in the fall. I really can’t thank them enough!
