Comment: Jorge was awesome, as many reviewers have stated. He was very helpful & went above the call of duty for us. The U-Haul online check-in needs an overhaul since the site claims that it can cut check-in time in half, but in reality, it doubled it by making me re-enter same information again at the counter. Dumb!
