Comment: Scam alert. They provide you with a vehicle totally ZERO/EMPTY of fuel. Then you have to add fuel before you can continue. How much should you add to end up on return with ZERO fuel. They probably expect you to have some left in the tank so they can profit.

Comment: The best part of the experience was my interactions with the two employees on site at the time; they answered all of my questions and gave me a replacement van to use when I found a minor problem with the vehicle I initially was assigned just after having driven off the site. I would certainly rent a vehicle from this location again.

Comment: - Online registration for the vehicle made emergency contact optional.- Upon arriving to the counter to pickup the key, the lady at the front desk refused to give me the key as she said she must obtain the secondary phone number.- If the online check was made, i was supposed to just pickup the key. The lady kept arguing and i had to give a number as she said the system does not allow me to book without that.I would never go to this location and would definitely not recommend the friend to this location.I had 3 rentals this month and this was the worst experience as they contradict their own system.

Comment: I was given a truck that was on empty and I drove it to the corner to add gas and when I put gas in, it spilled all over my feet. I looked under the truck and there was a hose spilling gas out as soon as it came in. I not only wasted money on gas but when I called UHAUL back to tell them to bring me a truck they told me to drive it back like that!When I arrived back at the uhaul, the guy at the desk was dangling a set of keys in front of me with a smirk. No sorry, no compensation nothing.

Comment: Truck I used had 43 miles to empty to start my trip. Drastically slowed down when I took my foot off the gas as if it kept its self in first gear while on the highway struggling to upshift (vehicles slow down naturally when downshifting) got roughly 8 mpg. Struggled the whole acceleration. Do not use this truck!

Minh was kind & professional along with his other crew members that were learning on how to unhook a car from the car dolly. The place has many items for your packing needs and many other tools and gadgets should you need them on the way to your short or long trip. Comment: I can’t imagine how I could have received worse service. We reserved a truck for two days on the internet and received a confirmation, but when we arrived we were told “another family” would need that truck before we were scheduled to return it. So U-Haul Tully Road provided a truck exactly half the size we ordered, which made the task twice as hard and required twice the driving ( the mileage is the expensive part of the rental) with no apologies or remorse. The staff were curt and dismissive. I may never rent from U-Haul again, but I definitely will never go to THIS location

Comment: New policy: they request and require you to give them permission to take a picture of your drivers license (both front & back) and then they will upload the photos to their database, so that all of theie employees have access and could steal (sell) your identity, because well hey, they also require a major credit card to rent anything, so there! Bam! Get a job there....Your in, to hundreds of personal identities to choose from!!! What is wrong with this company?!. I dont mind providing my license and go ahead document the info, but a friggen (I prefer the other F word) picture uploaded into their system?!!! BS.Im a lonnnnng-time customer, but NEVER will I walk through their doors again.

Comment: Ive had the unfortunate experience of using their rental services twice in the past few years. Expect to wait a long time, whether it is busy or not.We did not get hassled on returning our trucks either time, so that part is good, but waiting half an hour to get checked in or out is just painful. Ive seen people come in to buy moving supplies, wait for 10-15 minutes for service and give up and walk out.The first time we came here, wed had a reservation at a different location that couldnt be honored (no trucks available) and they sent us here instead. We were supposed to get some discounts for our trouble but they wouldnt honor that and U-Haul corporate customer service didnt do anything to resolve that either.This is a decent-sized U-Haul location so they generally have a lot of the most popular sized trucks, but I dont recall ever seeing the largest trucks here. As we learned with the earlier experience, the U-Haul online reservation system will let you reserve equipment that is not normally stocked at a given location, so it might be good to stop by in advance and see what they stock.

On the pickup day, I had a hard time reaching out to any store staff.I had to show up in person, and they didnt have any good answer for me except were sorryI had to cancel my reservation and all the plans for the day.
