Comment: Service is slow. The lady that helped me was boasting about how she doesnt get up from her office chair unless its to use the restroom or break . They dont inspect or clean trucks. The inspection process just has you do a walk around of the exterior of the truck. When i got to my location to move i opened the trailer and what i saw inside was human excrement and the culprits clothing. Please stay away from this location … if you must make sure you open the back and peak inside because this is so sad i had to clean and sanitize my self … i would have driven back but it was urgent i get everything moved because it was for my sister in the hospital. I deserve big refund or some compensation. I would rate zero stars if i could.

I personally don’t understand having such a mean attitude towards somebody for no reason? I was genuinely shocked at how rude her responses were to my questions. Don’t come to this location if you need genuine help or decent customer service.

Comment: Ashlee the worker at this uhaul wasn’t helpful at all. the vehicle we received didn’t have gas in it and was at less than 1/4 full. the vehicle was also damaged in many places and didn’t have a battery in it because people apparently steal the batteries. when we arrived, we had to wait 15 minutes because there were no employees around. the worker that eventually helped us (ashlee) had a poor attitude and was very short when answering questions. i didn’t feel like a valued customer, she made me feel like a burden. i was not happy that uhaul didn’t have a vehicle available at the location i requested either. when i drove by that location later, there were many similar vehicles on the lot buy i guess they weren’t available for whatever reason. on a separate note, i didn’t like that uhaul contacted me to tow a loaded trailer for that pickup location so i ended up wondering if they didn’t give me the truck at my requested location because i didn’t accept towing their trailer. overall, i had a poor experience and will probably rent from penske next time.

Comment: Avoid Uhaul if at all possible! I took an Uber to where my truck had been confirmed to be ready and there was no vehicle. I had to then take another Uber to another location 30 minutes away.This led to an extra hour I had to pay movers, an extra unnecessary Uber trip, and extra mileage on the truck just to get started. Very frustrating.

Comment: Cargo area of truck wreaked of urine. Employees were willing to clean but was unable to acquire a different truck in a timely manner. Also my original location request was changed twice to a further location. I appreciate how the location employees were helpful but wasn’t exactly a frictionless experience for a decent amount payed.Truck seemed to drive fine although for a one way trip was not given enough miles to cover my trip and had to pay an additional charge.Mobile drop off at a location after closing time was also difficult and took over 40 min. This was due to the website not working properly at first and having to wait for a very long time to get in touch with a customer service representative.

The agent never empathized with me and even stated that he was only concerned with Clearing his log because the truck was outstanding. He then tell me that their store manager was going on vacation and did not know how long he would be gone. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. Save the trip and time. Go to a different location, if at all possible. You have been warned.

All my belongings were in the driveway ready to pick up. They just told me they didn’t have a truck. I ended up renting a27tt local. A nightmare, I was lucky that a representative from Uhaul name Hazel was so kind and so customer service oriented to help me.

Comment: Checkout staff are very helpful. Trucks are somewhat beaten up, and not so clean. Cleaning crew could be more careful though as the man using the air hose sprayed dust from across the truck cabin onto me and didnt express care. Glad nothing flew into my eyes. Also the lock for the back latch was broken, but quickly replaced.This place can get busy so expect to wait a good minute. They do have a good selection of moving supplies & propane.

Comment: I had a reservation and it seems that it didnt help at all. When I got there I had to make a line with all the people that didnt have a reservation by the time they realized that they should have checked if the people that had made reservations were there they had given mine and another gentlemans vehicle away. I had to take a van instead of the 10 feet vehicle I had reserved, I had to make more trips and end up paying more. I would say that they should have 2 lines or maybe an espcific area where the people that have made a reservation can go to instead of waiting in line only to find out that their reservation is gone because it was given to the people in front of them. Oh and why are we not allowed to return the vehicles to a different uhaul, why do we have to go back to the same location and returned the van there, that was 15 more miles that I had to pay for. I end up spending more money than what I had plan to spend, since I had to make several trips with the van.

Comment: Horrible customer service. My husband dropped of a trailer Sunday and they charged us two additional days. The person on the phone arguing that it was dropped off today not Sunday. Very poorly organized. The staff needs to be retrained on doing their job. Now we have to wait for the manager to review the camaras just because the staff cannot manage to do their job. Beware of coming here they will charge you unfairly and false charges.

Comment: I went to go get a trailer. The guy checked my truck and said I needed the connection for the lights. I said ok they charged me for the connection and installation. I took the trailer then returned it the next day. I was driving back home and a homeless guy told me I had a wire hanging I checked under my truck and cable was torn and the connection was hanging. Not only did the connection messed up but the guy did a horrible job installing it.
