Comment: I rented a 17 truck from Uhaul on June 19th. The cable to the back door got tangled so it wouldnt close properly. I called for roadside assistance and they came and cut the cables, making the door extremely heavy to open. Luckily I only needed to open the back door once to unload everything. I returned the truck and informed the employee of the issue and handed them the key. 20 minutes later I received a receipt with the normal charges from a Kiara. There were no missing item or damage charges on the receipt. 2 hours later, I get a 2nd receipt from another employee named Ricardo saying that I owe them $1223 in damage charges. It is a scam tactic that this location uses to get more money from customers. Im trying to contact Uhauls office to get this resolved but beware when renting from this location. You may get a receipt saying everything is good and then get a follow up email asking for $1000s dollars more for damage that they claim you caused even though their employee already said that there was no damage on the return receipt.

Comment: Everything was great. The only issue I had was, I didn’t check the gas tank level until after I finished my move. It registered just above 1/4 tank. My entire trip from pick up to drop off was 30-32 miles. I filled the tank anyway and spent $163 doing so.

Comment: Have rented at least twice at this location, and both times everything went smoothly and quickly. Great prices and a great experience all around. I love that you can return any unused supplies with no hassle.

Comment: Curtis is an incredibly hard working employee! he was by himself at 5pm with 5 customers waiting on him and when he go to us he was so professional and swift with getting our rental. Rental was easy, highly recommend making reservation online before pick up to insure you get the vehicle of your choice.

Comment: Customer service is superior at this location. We had an issue with the assigned trailer and Anthony took care of it quickly. It was a busy Saturday and he and the other team members were able to keep things rolling and take care of everyone. I highly recommend this location is you need a trailer or truck.

Comment: Uhaul doesnt honor equipment reservations on products like dollys, so if you need one, get your own or youre just chancing that they have one nearby thats kinda sorta like the one you reserved.

Comment: What a bad service this store has no word as a company I ordered a hitch for 20 days and they did not deliver on the right day, 3 more days have passed and since the manager is on vacation until he returns so he can tell me when it arrives I mean If I have to move, it will be until the manager arrives. What type of company is that harbor str and Mc fadden suc have no word as a company?

Comment: Both of the young gentlemen seemed very inexperienced and new. They were friendly but my online reservation still took close to 40 minutes which in turn made me late to getting to my storage and incurring a $250 fee. So I had the truck for less than an hour, closer to 40 minutes, drove 5 miles roughly round trip and had to pay almost $60 for nothing. I tried getting a hold of customer service for a partial refund, at least, buy couldnt get a hold of anyone. Extremely frustrating

Comment: Guillermo Hernandez was pretty amazing. He helped us with our automobile trailer, made us comfortable with the rental process, very friendly and helped us put the car on the trailer. Please take good care of him. 👍🏻

I just got off the phone asking about trailer questions and this person was SUPER HELPFUL and sounded so nice!Not sure what will happen once I rent but for phone Costumer service, I did not expect this level of professionalism!

Comment: The 2 guys that work here are awesome! Moving is always stressful and I needed to update my truck size a couple days before. The manager here (wish I could remember their names), helped me out and made it easy for me. Great attitudes and a sincere customer service. Probably no other location compares
