Comment: The pick up and drop off process was ease. The attendant was very helpful in helping me overcome a challenge in the rental process. The van was relatively new and ran very well. I wish the location had parking when leaving my car. I had to park on the street. It was fairly easy to find a spot. I appreciated their flexibility and assistance. I would use them again.

Comment: David was friendly and provided excellent customer service. We appreciated how nice and helpful he was, given that it was a holiday and he was the only one there. We needed a truck last minute and luckily were able to reserve it the morning of. We would definitely come back to this location and work with David again!

Comment: Worst customer service. Third time this month this place is out of propane in the same month. These workers are LBR- Lazy Beyond Recognition. Correct me if Im wrong, but the reservoir gauge looks like its overfilled.

Comment: They opened 15 minutes late and our van that we had made a reservation for wasnt ready even after opening fifteen minutes late. Update* they didnt have a van at all at had to use a box truck. Overall, the service was mediocre. Oh yeah and their guarantee about having your vehicle ready or else theyll refund you is a complete lie. This is the first and last time well come to this specific location.

Comment: I would like to thank the owner David for his professionalism and understanding. I hired the 20 ft truck to facilitate our move to our new home. The truck was clean, but was low on fuel due to recent gas thefts from their yard. David accommodated me for my time and inconvenience with a nice discount. Great gentleman to rent from and it was nice to have some quality customer service.

His personality and customer service with a smile is one that should be duplicated among all people in all types of customer service positions. I would drive 100 miles just to rent from his store!! Comment: Had a fantastic experience with UHaul. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially both David’s (David 1 and 2 LOL). They tried their best to make my moving experience go as smoothly as possible and they helped release a load of stress off my shoulders.
