Comment: Can I rate this place less than 1 star? I rented a truck here drove 4miles to my storage and 4 miles back to return the truck after putting $10 in the tank which would fulfilled the refill policy. to find out they marked the tank full on my agreement and forced me to completely fill the tank which was next to empty. I even pointed out the 8miles added on the odometer. they are crooks be very careful inspecting you agreement with them.

Comment: The advertised price is very deceiving. I rented a truck for 29.00. They charged 1.39 for the mileage. Came out to $197.00. Also, very concerning the whole time we drove the truck it made loud noise, everytime you pressed on the gas. Told the rep. she didnt care. Should have received a discount for putting us in an unsafe vehicle.

Comment: I love coming to this location. I rent trucks very often from Budget, Penske, Ryder and U-Haul. This location almost always has what I need and the Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. David, the manager, and his team; Jennifer, Matt, Bernard and Vivian are all very efficient, kind and fantastic to work with. The facility is always clean and I always have a good experience when I go there. U-Haul should be very proud of the great work they do for the business and the superior representation of the U-Haul brand and company overall! Thank you.

And, if your thinking of storing, renting equipment, or just buying boxes, stop here!!!!.... you wont be disappointed and it wouldnt hurt to try Arturos Puffy Tacos next door if theres a wait, we all gotta eat!!! Comment: I’ve rented from this facility twice and both times David help me. He went above and beyond the first time we needed a van rental during the height of Covid. He created a lifelong customer for this particular uhaul. David and his team are professional and kind and still practice real customer service. The second time we used them for a van rental, David remembered my name! I live in Brea and actually drive past 2 other uhaul rentals facilities because this place is the best!

Comment: They try to rob you for gas money and then gaslight you about it because their customer service rep doesnt understand how U-hauls technology works, or any other technology including email, and is not motivated to learn.

Comment: Never expect help over the phone or [prompt] service. On hold anywhere from 10-25min to just be disconnected. Happened 2+yrs now. When you call back they pick up and immediately hang up. Happens often. Immature employees costing the company. Multiple times Ive gone to other places for trucks, supplies, and storage. This place is only good for propane refills. Theres a lady w brown hair thats always helpful w that. Runs around everywhere while the men waddle from chair to chair. Other than propane save your frustrations, dont try complaining. Waste of breath dealing w their egotistical lazy manager.

Comment: I purchased a receiver to be installed. I was planning a vacation and wanted to put a bike rack on my vehicle. Literally planned the vacation around this, was planning on leaving the next day. When I arrived to u haul for my scheduled install. I received no explanation, just hmmm we do not have it. No apology no phone call to let me know of a need to reschedule and no email. This is horrible service. This employee only made it worse. Let me first say during the pandemic many good employees have lost their jobs and are having trouble finding employment. People who have a job should be grateful. This guy is a poor example of someone who should be representing any compony. When asked why I did not get notified it was met with no response. I do not know what to say at this point. Very disapointed and let down. To make a online reservation and pay for it. To have a scheduled date and then this. What is wrong with your company? What is wrong with your employee? Comment: We have order a track f150 and a trailer, when we got there the teller informed us that we have to purchase a tow hitch to connect the trailer. to the truck, i have told the teller it does not make sense and he says it does.at first if you do rent a truck and a trailer over the phone you need to inform the customer!!!an example i gave the teller: you make an hotel reservation for a room, you get into the room and there is no mattress does it make sense???

Comment: Convenient. Available. You dont have 24hr access to your storage units anymore, but thats because people were coming in the middle of the night and getting into trouble. Hours are still good during the week though. Good prices. But really the MAIN reason for the review is that the staff is great. They really wanna help you. Cory especially was AWESOME. Helped my dad and I load back our storage unit. Was really cool about it.
