Comment: Worse Storage place. The facility is not open 24/7 as the say it is. They change rules without giving any notice and if you need any help or assistance they charge you anywhere from $50 to $200. The dumpster is an add charge if you want it open to use. They take your money they refuse to unlock it or give you back your money. Employees and manger are the worst in customer service. You will regrate using this facility.

Comment: Worst experience ever. Uhaul has degraded and no one answers their phones. They make up stories and fail to serve customers. Not recommend Uhaul ever again after being a customer over 40 years.

Comment: I got the storage for the 24 hour access yes it was 24 hour access for the 1st month and then then they change the hours without notice I would have never gotten a storage so far out . if they were gonna change the hours. I use my storage for storage frequently To store things in my storage and I work until 10 PM so if needed 24 hours was necessary. Now I have no time to move out. Because of my schedule and I still need somewhere to keep my stuff my stuff I shouldnt have to rent a U haul and move everything when there is clearly some kind of scam to get people to rent from them. Also the trash is constantly locked the bathroom door jams the entry gate every other time I go. Also beware 24 hr access is not true the close at 10 pm.

Comment: BAIT AND SWITCH IS A CRIME.This facility sells and confirms 24hr access self storage rentals, without any mention of possible requirements to purchase, yet has no intention in providing the buyer with a 24hr access storage.I went on line and rented a storage unit from this location based on the 24hr access that was advertised by them. I paid on line and received my confirmation from u-haul of my 24hr access unit. After moving into the unit the very friendly manager came by to introduce himself and make certain to go over the general basic rules with us. Access to the unit was now only available till 10pm. When we questioned about the 24hr access we had purchased we were told that wouldnt be possible and no 24hr access was available. We were told the advertisement/confirmation hadnt been updated in their system to reflect the change but it was no longer an option. 24HR ACCESS IS THE REASON I CHOOSE TO RENT HERE. IF I WANTED LIMITED HOURS I COULD RENT NEXT TO MY HOUSE INSTEAD OF THE NEXT CITY OVER. We did receive a refund but this whole thing really is wrong.... And illegal

Comment: Should stay open 24 only to people who rent .Its clean they have alarms on every unit and security on site. Nice people, I recommend if you need to store some things you store here at u haul storage

Comment: People that work here are super friendly. The place is really safe. Great deal on storage unit. I would recommend this place to anyone. I dont have a lot of places to store stuff at home and this place works out great. No one has ever broken into my unit

We were having some issues moving our things in our storage space and it was taking a lot longer than we expected, plus we were just all together having a hard time last Christmas... but thanks to them & Angelas in your face personality at 1 in the morning, while unloading, totally lifted my spirits up and also she helped me with a lot of things dealing with u Haul itself so thank you to them, thanks for putting up with our late payments... Just wish the payment due dates could be adjusted
