Comment: These folks are kind. Storage facility is large and clean. They stay busy, but somehow I never had to wait long. Both Nena and Jesse made my life much easier in a stressful move situation. Comment: Filled up our rv propane, most expensive so far. We were filling up from empty for the same price in Canada except this is now USD.. The man that did it for us took payment out by the tanks by taking a photo of our credit card on his phone...I suppose this is the way yall do it but we were very uneasy and unfamiliar with this method. He was quick and efficient and kind also.

Comment: After much research, I am glad I chose this location to store my belongings while getting settled after a cross country move. Nena and her staff made a hectic period of transition much more bearable by offering superior customer service, multiple options every time I needed to rent a truck and flexibility when I needed it most; they kindly let me leave a truck secured overnight when it proved too much to unload in one session. My only suggestion would be to alert would-be renters that the vanbody units are not fully resistant to the elements. One could assume this to be, since they appear to be made from old, decommissioned Uhaul truck bodies; however there is no signage indicating this to be the case, as there are prominently displayed in uhaul rental trucks, so be aware.

Comment: Not happy, not even close.. this location does not have the capability to process an online reservation completely. In fact, even after going inside to start my transaction from the beginning, I was told that the their system was down and they would have to process my transaction from their cell phones.. *(I thought thats what I had just done) Come to find out, since I have an out of state drivers license, (although I own a local business) I was not able to rent the pickup that I reserved but instead I was forced to rent a 10ft box truck that gets worse gas mileage and is .20 cents per mile more expensive. I requested 4 hours, was given 3 hours.. just a piss poor way to upsell to make more money.. I am completly UNSATISFIED!!!

Comment: New to this facility still but I had an amazing experience the other day when some employees helped me with a lock that had a broken key stuck in it. They responded immediately and my problem was solved in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly and considerate and I appreciated the help so much

Comment: Reserved a truck with this location online, went to pick it up and had such amazing customer service from the manager Nena, so professional and service oriented to the needs of the customer. Returned the truck to be greeted outside by Betsy Wow! Excellent service as well. This location made my moving experience a little more easy and my beginning and end of day with a smile and joy. Comment: I’ve had my travel trailer stored here for about 2 months now, after a month I had my full propane tank, gauge, battery, and Bluetooth battery monitor stolen from the trailer. No one at this place cares at all, even after I made a police report and asked the manager to call me. I’ve been trying to get hold of someone now for over a month but I always get through to a call center. No matter what message I leave, no one calls me back. I’ve since heard that 10+ trailers had similar items stolen in the last 2 months. Do not trust this place with your property.
