Comment: Customer service needs to improve. Starting with when I got there and the next day I return in the trucks everyone I interacted with (different associates) all had an attitude like they didn’t want to be there. Every time I asked a question they seem to be bothered that we were asking. I really don’t think I will be coming to this U-Haul for my next move. I will do the drive even though it’s a bit farther for better customer service and people that genuinely care for the customer.

Comment: Told me online it would be $22 then I walk 1.5 miles in 103° and am told it will be $68+ gas. I rented a uhaul in January for $27 this is absolutely ridiculous. They shouldn’t charge more per mile if we have to pay for gas.

We were rush to leave while trying to remove our things in the unit we pay for after coming all the way from Arizona to do so .. we once our things are completely gone we will not ever use your service again unacceptable!!!!!!

These guys (Uhaul at D st.) not only took care of me right away but only charged me $180.These guys will get all my furture business.

Comment: Overall, this uhaul facility is not that terrible, staff is some what helpful. Upon leaving out of state, the store manager, Jesus, at first claimed he could price match another a competitor but then backed out because U-Pack was way cheaper and in the end could not price match it.Oh and be careful when renting trucks here. I also rented a 10 ft truck and when it was given to me, the fuel tank capacity was marked at the 1/4 level, and that was not the case! Just double check and inspect before renting or signing anything!Descent for being in the area that its in.

I was charged by 2 separate facilities in other states after dealing with them. And they made a huge fuss when i called them to inquire why or even whu theu still had my card information.

Comment: Everything with my truck rental went fine. Its what happened afterwards that leads me to write this review. My card number was charged with my rental, they also used my card to charge someone elses rental. After two dead end phone calls to this location I called corporate uhaul customer service. That customer service rep confirmed for me that my card was used on another contract number, and that persons contract already had a card number associated with it but somehow my card became the second card on file for that contract, and lucky me, my card was the one charged. She assured me she had spoken to the GM of that location (while I was on hold) and that he would look into it and call me back himself. After two business days of hearing nothing, I went to the location myself to confront the issue. I was told that sometimes there are glitches and the GM wasnt currently there. All my information was taken and I was assured it would be passed on to the GM and I would receive a call. It has been another 2 business days so as you can tell I am not pleased. I had to claim a fraudulent charge with my bank and cancel my card in order to get my money back even though Uhaul CONFIRMED the charge was not mine. Now I get weeks of fun dealing with the fact I have to update all other payments with a new card number that I have to wait a week to receive because of the fact this happened while I was in the middle of changing addresses. Very displeased to be treated like this when I am a repeat Uhaul customer (I move nearly every year for the past 13 years). I did everything in my power to chase this down and be patient and I was met with no consideration or care.
