Arrived. At 8 left. At 11 with nothing they cancel my order because. My ligths werent. Working took off piss offf uhaul was last person to touch my wiring a heavy set man said maybe the freeway mess it up went home. Had some one look up wiring. Came back 4 pm now there was 4 trailers. N they were all reserve. Thanks to heavy guy that cancel my order now i came back mondayGuy plus. My wiring. N it was. Working there. Was nothing wrong. They had me looking for a fuse box but the uhaul wiring has blicking led ligths that tell u the plug is working the person there. Dint. Care to check after. 3 trips i finaly got a trailer. My ligths work. N i can say that dropping off was the only best experiece i had thereThe two male african american help me out he was cool n the girl that did my reservation was also friendly n verry politeUnlike the other teams. Comment: I came in with an appointment for 11:00am so I arrived 20 minutes early. Despite this, I still waited another 40 minutes to event get a truck. When I was about to get my key the truck assigned to me was no longer available, so they gave me a car that was dirty and with 1/8 fuel. The car was practically empty. I had to fill up the car which cost me another $80!!! After leaving, because the car was not prepared on time, I had to return because the lock was still on the truck and was not removed. They had hectic situations all around, I can understand. There can be some crazy days I get it, but what really upset me was that I had to fill up the tank of this car. I only used 1/8 of the gas, I submitted proof of this through the U-Haul website, and I still was not reimburse for it. Seems ridiculous to have to wait an extra 40 minutes, fill up a rental car that costs an extra $80, and still get charged $1.39 per mile!!! This place is a rip off! I lost around $300 for a 1 day rental. It that was only used for 3 hrs. I was practically working for them and handing them free money while at it! Unbelievable. Just ask a friend or a family member for help. Avoid this company.

Comment: I would personally like to share my review for today 03/18/2023 ! 1:00pm not only did I sit here for 1 hour and so did other customers . They had a young lady who was AWESOME !!!! With customer service and hustling by herself as other staff members went MIA ! She had to keep paging for help and no one came . Her name is Shaniyah and she is awesome ! She deserves to be store manager the way she was moving dealing with 8 customers keeping us all calm at once on at hectic Saturday . This location has got to do better ! If u need staff then u should start hiring and put up a sign ! U-haul has got to be better than this . This is shameful ! I also had an African American with U-HAUL uniform on who also stated he worked there, I didn’t get a name . He seen she needed help and was by herself and did NOTHING BUT sit on his phone and say she will help u when she can ! Need I remind u all I came for was PROPANE REFILL . I got to this location at 12pm and I’m leaving now at 1:03 pm

Comment: The only good thing about this Uhaul location is that they have a large inventory. Ive had to come here a few times because my local branch did not have what I needed. This place is understaffed though. The line is usually long and moves slow. Expect to wait 30+ minutes even if you have a reservation.

They were supposed to go pick up the parts yesterday from a different U-haul location. They didnt follow up with me and I am please to find out I never had an appointment, all I received is a quote, I waited 2 days for nothing and I have to start all over because they dont have the part and the current staff does not know what Im talking about at all and cant find anything in the computers.

And then you have to come back to say if the truck its good or no . and if its not good they send you to check another one while they just sitting waiting for your inspection. Comment: This is the slowest u haul you can go to in LA. Even when I reserve online and pre-check inn, I still have to wait over an hour Every time to pay for the trailer. The employees are super slow and they are always understaffed. If you don’t want to spend all day here is suggest go to another place. Also when these people hook up the trailer the chain drags and connectors come loose. I end up having to re-do it myself. Get it together uhaul Lynwood!!

Comment: We visit this place because we were interested in renting a trailer the trailer we were going to rent had problems with the signals they wouldnt turn on and the service man that was helping us was back and forth with us in between other customers that he was also helping so it took him about an hour before he realize theres nothing he can do to fix the trailer signals and said we couldnt rent the trailer after all in the end my battery went dead from us turning off and on the signals to my car I asked if they could help me they wouldnt help us with my battery we waited till we found someone that would help us charge the battery to my car I felt that U-Haul rental should have helped us it was their trailer lights that werent working the signal lights instead we waited 2 1/2 hours for someone to help us because U-Haul rentals refused to give us a hand having the facility of charging my they refused to give us any assistance as a single parent I wish they could have helped me and Im very disappointed how their customer service is very poor I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with this place to one and their customer service is not very friendly or willing to help in any way

Comment: Staff here is great! It was busy when I arrived but I was out the door with the 10-footer in less than 15 minutes. Corner location and easy to drive in and out of. Currently there is road construction (July 2017) which can cause traffic getting to the location, but I cant fault them for that. Clean and professional. One of the best U-Haul locations Ive been to.
