Comment: The fact that my reservation was changed to keyless without my permission. I was only notified by an email. I knocked on the office door people where in there didn’t answer. I check my email said keyless reservation. It was 100 degrees outside. I was trying to forget out how to get the key. Finally after I called the 800 number and information. The app wasn’t working. I’m at the key box the office person finally comes out to ask if I need help this was 20min later. The key box was hard to get into. If the office person wasn’t there I wouldn’t know how to get into the key box. What a mess. Never again!

Comment: This location is horrible they re-wrote my contract in the middle of my move, separated my pods and cost me an additional $3,600 for my pods. I was told one price which was already over $9000 and then when I was no longer in the state said oh wait you have to pay extra for my 4th pod so I am stuck with the cost. This was communicated after they already had my pod and I moved to the new state. What choice do I have I would have never agreed to this if communicated up front. This is a complete ripoff
