Comment: The process are wrong according to the signs. The process is long for no reason. They want 5 references with active phone numbers. Bad place when you dont know the people or phone numbers. The sign says $19.95 a day but before we left it was already over $100 !

Comment: Terrible! Chevron uhaul 518 w Foothill blvd Rialto. I spend over $800.00 on a uhaul rental earlier today someone stole all my belongings from the uhaul, I asked to see the video tape & was denied then was told they are not responsible for stolen property eventhough it was in their property & on their property. I know they have insurance to cover cost like this but since they are rude uncaring & dismissive I will see them in court. I spoke to their neighboring businesses & was told they are not cooperative when it comes to any matter they should take responsibility for, not one business had a positive thing to say about them.

Comment: Much better experience here!I recently used a U-Haul service in a neighboring town and was very disappointed by the poor service and the attitude of the employees. HOWEVER, this place was not like that at all. The gentleman that helped me rent the trailer was very pleasant to deal with, very respectful and attentive and knew what he was doing.It was a refreshingly pleasant experience compared to my previous one at the other company. I would definitely choose this place in the future.

Comment: Worst experience ever! They were rude on the phone and hesitant to help. They kept transferring me to their truck share department that wasnt even open for another hour. This was after they sent me to drop off the truck, requiring me to drop it off an hour before they even open. And to top it all off, they charged a mystery fee to my account without any explanation after everything was said and done. Even though i left more fuel than i took, and swept out the truck and made sure it was clean. I have been loyal to uhaul for 10 years and this was by far the WORST experience i have had with uhaul. I am definitely checking out Penske or Budget next time.

Comment: This is Luna Gerrys daughter writing this review. Theres no lighting inside each storage unit theres only a hallway light that turns off while youre inside the storage. The lady there was rude to me when we went in to pay the bill. I asked if she had cups for the water dispenser and she ignored me. Im just 9 years old and i asked politely . 😤😡👎

Comment: The first time we rented from this place a gentleman helped us out, the experience was great. Took care of the reservation online, got there, signed off on everything, and went about our way. About two months later, rented again, a woman helped us. The service was terrible, the treatment was terrible, she stared my husband up and down, questioned his out of state ID, had to show his military ID — basically treated him and looked at him like a criminal. Called his cell phone number to verify it’s validity while he was standing there -odd. On top of this, the van was filthy! All of this may be procedural, but that was nothing like our first experience, and the process could be handled much more professionally. No smiles, no “hey, how are you’s”, the long wait when no one else was there — unnecessary, just plain terrible. We won’t be using this location again, especially when there are so many others to choose from. If I were you, I’d look elsewhere unless the gentleman who helped us initially works the day you pickup. I’m sure the good reviews listed here are justified and most likely earned when that same gentleman helped them.
