Comment: This place is impossible to get ahold of they never pick up the phone . Every time you go to the office there is a sign saying they are on lunch or in a meeting. The lunch is always different than their posted lunch hours . This place doesn’t care about your business so spend your money with a company who does care or at least picks up the phone .

Comment: I made a reservation online and it let me rent for longer then what there availabilty was. But the trailer we rented was nice and the guy in the office deffinatly knew what he was doing. Nice guy once we got over the times for the double booking of a trailer. I still got what I needed to done and I would rent here again

Comment: Customer service was rude, combative and yelled at me in the parking lot to move the vehicle that I was returning to another spot that was not only unavailable was inaccessible. I told them to move it and I was told in no uncertain terms no YOU MOVE IT!!!! I was yelled at. I refused to move it attempted to hand over the keys they refused to accept them so I dropped them on the ground and left. I will NEVER rent from uhaul again. You just lost a 25 year customer.

Comment: A storage facility that also rents U-Haul trucks and trailers. Be sure the equipment has been cleaned before you leave or else U-Haul may charge you when you return.

Comment: I used this U-haul for moving. Everything went smooth. Two good things about this location are: its right off west side Parkway and a few yards near a gas station, so no excuse to return a truck half empty.

Comment: 1st time I returned the truck and he charged me $10 for 1 gallon of gas and they didnt let me now about that. Instead, I came back and I had pending charges. Second time, I swept the floor and made sure it was clean before I returned it, but he still charged me $25 cleaning fees.
