Comment: Very bad experience at this place I had a reservation for an auto transporter for 24 hrs when I get there the front desk guy said I can only had it for 6hrs. and refused to honor the online reservation..I respectfully told there must be a mistake but he started yelling and mocking about what I was saying, almost kicked me out of there, thanks God Im a bussines man but also a Pastor and my prayer is bussines hire profesional people with basic knowledge of good costumer service..

Comment: These guys are horrible. Rude and have zero interest in customer care/ Dont be a minute late. They will cancel you and not give a damn. They are SUPPOSED to call to confirm, to double check, but they dont wont, and give excuses rather than help. Avoid them if you can.

Comment: I reserve the truck a week earlier to be picked up at 8:00 a.m. They call me the day before and say that I can either pick it up from and location that is almost 20 minutes away from me or I can pick it up at 9am instead of 8am like I wanted, which its only an hour but for them to have a week they should of had everything prepared for me. The guy on the phone was rude and uncaring. You had a week uhal to get this done get a person to drive to the other uhal and get the equipment I need when I paying you for your service bad customer service.

Comment: Just rented out a truck with them. I had to go pull the truck out my self because the yard worker was nowhere in sight. Not only that but the inside of the truck had rotten fruit and left over vegetation. On top of that the form that I signed marked the gas tank close to 1/2 but in reality it was closer to 1/4. So when after my rental was over I try to ask for a price readjustment and the guy told me that he wished he could take my word for it, in another words he called me a lier. I even took pictures of the cluster with the miles and gas tank gauge showing before and after the rental but that wasnt enough. Dont come and rent here because they expect us to follow the rental regulations yet they wont believe the customer in return.
