Comment: They do their rentals remotely on the weekend. Their app does not work properly. They immediately charge your card, but after loading and reloading our information into their app, we still can not get the truck released. Have been at it now for an hour and 45 minutes and no success. The people on the phone can not help as they say they have no ability to interface with the app. They refer you to utube video links that are no help. . We need the truck and they have taken our money. Never rent from these people, the last time we called they hung up saying they can’t help.

Comment: When trailer was reserved wasnt told they closed at 330If you have a choice dont rent here. They close so early. I was there on Friday and although the business was still open the uhaul section was closed. It put my plans in jeopardy and I was left scrambling lucky for me the gentleman Shane in the Thousand Oaks branch searched one out for me. Thanks for nothing.

Comment: Wanted a 100 dollar deposit just to rent a truck, kind of ridiculous if youre trying to rent something for a move.
