Comment: Horrible experience. I had reserved a U-Haul for mobile pickup at this location. Mobile pickup was not possible because the keys were locked in the office. Waited around for over an hour for the office to open, and it never did despite it being their business hours. No one answered the phone. Had to get a U-Haul from a different location. Started my move 3 hours late and ended up paying hourly movers to wait around. Is this location actually real?

Comment: Clerk was rude and unhelpful. Would push me aside to help other customers in line before me. I had completed online check in and he still had me talk to someone on the phone to do my confirmation. He then proceeded to walk away from the register for 5min while I waited for him to come back. Unprofessional and poor experience overall.
