Comment: Shane made it easy as usual, and as I am a repeat user I knew what questions to ask1) what vehicles qualify for $19.99 in town?2) what is price per mile for each of those vehicles ((yes theyre different))3) is the vehicle Im deciding upon available from NOW for 24 hours?Also take a video of the vehicle, all around, concentrating on ANY damage. Take pics of license plate, odometer, and gas gauge.

Comment: I rent montly and this location is hands down the best. No frills shop with plenty of inventory. You can actually get in and out within 10 min. Other locations take forever to pick up equipment and half the time they dont have what you need.

Comment: Don’t trust this location. I had the worst Uhaul experience here. Spent 2 hours to do a self pick up which they shouldn’t be offering because they’re not capable of providing this service and wasn’t able to pick up the truck. The lock didn’t open because the code was wrong. After being on hold for an hour with customer service and spending 2 hours at 10 pm at their parking lot I left without a truck. Unbelievable

Comment: Dropped off a truck I rented in another city to this Uhaul dealer. Asked the kid behind the counter if there would be additional charges. He said no and did I want my receipt emailed. I said yes and left. Ten minutes later, the receipt comes with all these additional charges. One of the charges was for gas. I was told to return it with the same amount of gas that was in it when I received the truck which was 1/4 tank. $69.00 in additional charges. The kid behind the counter lied.

Comment: Very disappointing experience.I am only giving it one star because there isnt a No star or Negative five star option...I believe it should be fraud to not disclose exact pricing.I called them and reserved a box truck to move a refrigerator. They quoted me $29.95when I arrived to pick up the truck they wanted to charge me $62.00 ...???It should be assumed that if i intend to rent a vehicle, that i intend to drive it....I believe that to not disclose INTENT to charge for EVERY mile is misleading. why would I rent a vehicle if I didnt intend to drive it?Patron - Hey thats a really nice truck, is it for rent?U-HAUL - Why, yes it is...P - Fantastic! how much does it rent for?U - $50P - $50??? any chance you could go lower? $50 is all I have, and... I only need it for an hour.U - no. sorry it is $50 to rent this truck!P - okay. I live ten miles away, so Ill see you in twenty minutes.U - no problem.twenty minutes later....P - hi, I am here to rent your truck for $50.U - Great. that will be $100P - $100??? but you said it was $50 to rent your truck........U-HAUL - oh... it is $50 to rent this truck, but it is another $50 if you want to drive it!!!Patron - hmmmmmm..... :( but you said... and I told you I only had...It was literally twice as expensive to rent (and drive) the truck in question than the price that was advertised, and quoted over the phone by U-HAUL ...And, expressing this to the person behind the counter only encouraged a whatever kind of wry smile...beyond frustrated...

Comment: This is hands down the BEST Uhaul experience Ive ever had, and its not a fluke, because Im a return customer. They make a dreadful thing like moving easy enough that I dont mind actually doing it. They are courteous, polite, and very helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
