Comment: The lady that provided us a rental to move my grandmother didnt give my father any paperwork for his truck showing the rental, added insurance, or anything. The truck was not cleaned out and had glass in it from someones last move that injured a family member and the front right passenger tire was half bald down the middle! No walk through or check was done of the truck just the keys were handed over and no paperwork given so we cant review her store on Uhauls website without the reservation number. Driving in town let alone if youre to take a highway on a bald tire is so dangerous. Never renting outside of the main Uhaul store again.

Comment: This location has been completely revamped! It looks amazing! The Rentals are readily available, and they have the best propane prices in the area. They also sell beautiful sheds at awesome prices! You really need to see them for yourself.Staff is helpful, friendly and egar to please. Im excited to see outter Redding/Shasta Lake businesses getting a little TLC.

The truck was in the yard but I was told that the man who is responsible for renting the truck will not be back until 5pm...this is unacceptable, unprofessional and crazy, I had to drive all the way over to East Cypress to get a truck...wish Home Depot had a truck available

Comment: Easy, fast both for pickup and return. The guys there are great. A warning, though...If you have severe allergies or breathing issues, you might want to stay out of the office. It smells like old cigs, and has obviously not seen a cleaning rag or vacuum in a few years. Which is a great strategy for keeping guests from touching the knickknacks or asking to use the microwave! But really, its one of the most trouble-free U-haul rentals Ive had.

Comment: Very helpful and friendly staff this place was a real Lifesaver when my bike broke down on the road and I had to cancel my trip, turn around, load up the bike on a trailer and truck. U-Haul so wonderfully provided along with all the tie downs and straps needed to safely secure the bike. The turn in process on the other end of the trip was quick efficient and hassle-free.
