Comment: I made reservations online the day before. I got there early as planned. Met with William he started doing the paperwork, and he asked me if I needed more miles as I was doing a one way rental to Clearlake. I was so surprised that I didn’t know what to say, so he did add more miles. He was very nice and accommodating, I was in and out without any problems, the truck worked perfectly fine. Whenever I need another U-haul I will definitely go see William at the one on West Texas Street in Fairfield.😍

Comment: Horrible experience they overcharge me on the U-Haul and go pick it up at a liquor store and they cant even speak English it was the worst in experienced the truck even broke down because theres no oil in it was horrible and I did nothing to compensate

Comment: We went to jolly King and they had such horrible service I had to leave and find somewhere else. I called ABC towing because they were close and William answered and he said come on down. We have had such a horrible morning and 4 places layer William was able to call and help us and find us a truck. Absolutely best customer service Ive ever had.

Comment: Beware - I rented a 15-foot truck and drive 134 miles. I was charged 250 miles with phony odometer readings. I was charged for a dolly and furniture pads, neither of which I rented. So they tried to stick me for an extra $145!

Comment: This place doubles as a towing service which is also employed by my apartment complex. There was miscommunication with the apartment manager and this company towed my car. The manager called them and worked it out they would take the day fee (70) and the gate fee (100) off the bill leaving me with 360. When I got there they were only taking 70 off saying my car was stored for 2 days. My debut card works fine everywhere else but this place so I was forced to pay 460 in cash to get my car out. Starting the process to take legal action against this place something dosent seem right. Beware.

Comment: After having terrible service from other Uhaul locations, we REALLY appreciate the outstanding customer service our family received from this Uhaul location. We were moving cross country and had to rent a small van a few times to pack up and transport furniture and other larger items to donation centers. We always received kind, courteous service from this location without exception. Uhaul corporate should take notice of this and maybe send some of their managers at other locations to learn about good customer and general good manners from this location. If you need to rent a Uhaul, give your business to this location... or risk having to deal with incompetence and headaches while dealing with other locations (like we had to for our cross country move using their moving pod boxes). To the gentleman who runs this location: keep up the good work. You are head and shoulders above your peers.
